Complaint: Before I begin I want to say that I spoke with XXXX in one of the CFPB offices yesterday and he gave me some suggestions on how to proceed with my complaints. Thank you XXXX. My complaint now begins. I purchased my home in XX/XX/XXXX and have made on-time payments automatically through my bank since that time. The home was financed by a lender who shortly after sold my note to XXXX XXXX. XXXX haunted me for about nine years until I finally refinanced the home in late XX/XX/XXXXbecause XXXX would not refinance my house as they liked the fact I was paying well over 6.25 % interest. The house was refinanced with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Shortly after I was notified that PennyMac was taking over the loan. I was informed the payments would remain the same so I had no problems with the transfer. However after almost a year to the day I was called by a very rude, unprofessional and very unfriendly PennyMac representative who told me to start making my payments with an additional {$170.00} or so a month due to my flood insurance premiums being increased. I told her I have no notices or information of that kind of increase and that I would not pay any addtional monies until someone from management called me and explained what was going on. This person then began a rant about how it was my responsibility and that I had better make the addtional payments. I told her again to have management contact me and we would discuss it. I then hung up the phone. I never heard from PennyMac management, however I did check with my insurance company and my flood insurance went down over {$200.00}. This representative lied to me from the very beginning. My taxes have gone up slightly, however not very much. And definitely not enough to cause my mortgage payment to go up almost {$200.00} a month. I have continued to receive robot telephone calls from PennyMac since this all began, and even the attempts I have made to contact PennyMac had been unsuccessful as I was always put on long hold times. I work for a living and dont have time to wait around for almost an hour everytime I try to speak with someone about this situation. After so many failed attempts, over twenty since the very first call, I finally called PennyMac on a Saturday back on XX/XX/XXXX. The representative was friendly and once I explained the situation, we had been on the phone for over an hour. He said he would contact management to have them call me, however that call never came. I waited for a month before I made the next attempt to speak with someone in PennyMac management. I spoke with a manager for just short of three hours explaining the problems with the disrespectful representative, the on-going robot calls numerous times a day, and about the issues with the payment increase. After a lot of questioning and trying to get to the actual reason why they were trying to get an extra almost {$200.00} from me each month, he finally stated that it seemed the previous lender had shorted PennyMac with the refinance and that they were making me pay the shortage. I told him that was not my problem. In fact before he made that statement I had told him I was willing to pay half of the increase, but not the entire amount because my insurance and taxes had not gone up as I was told. However when he stated the issue was likely caused by a shortage calculation or worse by the previous lender I told him I was not paying the increase. This was on a Wednesday. I told him I would get as much information about the previous lender, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and we could take it from there. He promised to call me back the following Monday afternoon, however that call never came either. Prior to the two calls to PennyMac in XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX, I had sent emails, made numerous telephone calls, and even sent several messages via the PennyMac website, however not a single response or reply from PennyMac has been received. I have sent several messages to different departments at PennyMac via their website and still no response from PennyMac. I continue to make my mortgage payments twice a month as I have for the past several years. I continue to receive automated robot calls from PennyMac, however I will no longer attempt to call them because I am always put on-hold, and I will no longer call them on weekends. PennyMac has ignored every attempt I have made to try and resolve this issue and they continue to ignore me. I have even mentioned in the various messages that I would be contacting various federal government entities about this issue if a manager does not contact me. They continue to ignore me so I am keeping my promise. I am filing a complaint against PennyMac as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I feel that they may have made some incorrect calculations concerning my refinance with PennyMac. However if that is not the case then PennyMac needs to figure out what the problem is because I am not going to be held responsible for their mistakes. If however the cause is in fact due to increased taxes or insurance, then I will work that issue out with PennyMac to resolve that issue. I want to thank the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for assisting me with this issue. I hope that in doing so PennyMac corporate management will finally make an effort to contact me. Complaint: TO WHOM MAYBE CONCERN I AM NOT YELLING I JUST CAN TYPE FASTER THIS WAY PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICER DOES NOT SEND ACCURATE MORTGAGE STATEMENTS THEY ALSO DO NOT ISSUE THEM ON THE CORRECT AND REGULAR BASIS THEY DO NOT SEND THEM AS PER THE FHA, HUD AND TRADE COMMISSION LAWS IF YOUR LAST DAY TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE BEFORE YOU ARE CHARGED A LATE FEE WOULD BE ON THE XXXX YOUR NEXT STATEMENT SHOULD BE SENT AFTER THE XXXX AND NOT A DAY SOONER. Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX, I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, filed BK under Chapter XXXX, XXXX to stop the foreclosure of my property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, HI XXXX. There was a previous Summary Judgment against the loan of my property judgment for the Commissioner by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX to sell but did not happened, and the summary stated in the Summary judgment included for him to limited to collect including rent but in the eyes of the Law, he is not supposed to collect if the ownership of the property still in my name and never transferred to Pennymac yet. On my bankrupcy, my wife and I are in the process of getting divorced and we applied for a loan when I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX. When PennyMac give us trial period modification of 3 months, I have been paying the mortgage for 3 months in the amount of {$3300.00} but I made it up to 4 months. Until I received a permanent offer for loan modification but the commissioner XXXX XXXX XXXX, of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of Pennymac did stop him from collecting my income rent at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Eventhough I was paying the trial period and while I was in bankruptcy in XXXX, on which he actually violated my automatic stay. Paying my mortgage to Pennymac violates him from collection under the FDCP ( Fair Debt Collection Practices act ) for collection from my tenants while i was in bankruptcy. Collecting my rent of PennyMac through the commissioner while I was paying mortgage is " double Dipping '', form of fraud!. The order of the Judge in the second circuit Court should have been ceased and can not be enforced while I was in bankruptcy and I was paying my mortgage. So I dismissed my bankruptcy voluntarily in XXXX, not knowing my soon to be ex wife did not want to sign the permanent loan modification. My hardship was being ignored by PennyMac and I need help. I temporarily moved to California because of the prejudiced in XXXX Judge in XXXX Circuit Court, approving to collect my income rent by his appointed commissioner while I was in bankruptcy. I am now filed another bankruptcy in California, and continued my payment under bankruptcy plan in the amount of {$3300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and paying the trustee in California State in the amount of {$1100.00}, and Pennymac still collecting my income rent while i'm in the Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX, case No. XXXX. OnXX/XX/XXXX, Notice of rescheduled for a meeting of creditors including for Pennymac to show up in my bankruptcy, under Section 341, but Pennymac failed and no one showed up for pennymac to represent them to object under my bankruptcy chapter XXXX plan. On XX/XX/XXXX, today, around XXXX XXXX I called Pennymac talked to XXXX, to make a payment under my BK plan, and said they will not accept my payment for some reasons and no explanation. Be advised that Pennymac is harming me constantly constantly harming my financial status and my hardship. I need some Justice. Pennymac commissioner collecting my income rent was doing is retallation against me so that way I can not sustain to pay my mortgage and he's holding the money to trust on his name, not with Pennymac according to him. Don't know if Penny knows about it or not. Under my constitutional rights as individual as I am also still the owner of the property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, HI XXXX need some justice to protect my investment and my income and my financial problem and to honor my hardship while I am getting divorced. I need to waive my wife 's signature in order for me to enforce my continuance of monthly payment to my mortgage as is and as my obligations. Thank you very much. Complaint: I have my payments set on auto-pay so that I know I can pay on time. The loan company published on my credit report that I was 30 days late on payments. They didn't call me until after it was reported on my credit that I was late on a payment. I called and told them it was wrong information and that I had recently move. they didn't try helping me by giving me a late forgiveness since I've always paid on time. I would like to continue with this company, I just feel I'm not currently being treated fairly. The payments are due on the first so I have my accounts to pay on time. for some reason they had issues pulling money but didn't tell or contact me till after I was late. Whenever I check the account, I always see their withdrawal. Then they didn't even tell me that I had another payment due, then called me once it was past due and late.

Complaint: My mortgage holder ( XXXX, my loan number is " XXXX '' ) has incorrectly calculated my escrow analysis for the year 2018, resulting in an increase to my mortgage payment of roughly XXXX {$500.00} per month ( see below for additional details on this ). I have been working with them to try to get the analysis redone correctly since XX/XX/2018, I been repeatedly told by 2 separate representatives that the escrow account would be reanalyzed and the escrow payment would be lowered to the correct amount within 2 weeks ; it has now been 7 weeks since I first contacted them about this and they have made no attempt to fix the problem. There are only 3 payments made from my escrow account annually ( these amounts are based on actual dollar amounts paid this year/last year, no major increases are expected on any of these values ) : School Taxes - {$3700.00} City Taxes - {$1900.00} Homeowners Insurance - {$660.00} -- -- Total paid out of escrow annually - {$6300.00} My monthly mortgage payment as of XX/XX/2018 went from {$1500.00} up to {$2100.00} following XXXX 's annual escrow analysis, of the new amount, {$1000.00} is going toward escrow. This results in {$12000.00} being added to my escrow account annually ( more than double what is needed to pay my taxes and insurance ). At no point has my escrow account ever gone into a negative balance or been unable to fund my tax and insurance expenses. Both representatives that I've spoken to at XXXX have acknowledged that the escrow was calculated incorrectly, but no attempt has been made on their part to fix the error, and I am left paying an extra ~ {$500.00} per month into an already bloated escrow account.

Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX I got a call from PennyMac about lowering rate and lowering my payment. When I called in I was told that I could not lower my payment because it would cost to much. This is not the first time they have called and said that they would lower my rate and payment and told me after I called them back that they can't do it. On XX/XX/XXXX I was very clear with PennyMac that I no longer wanted any communication phone, email or mailed unless it was my statement and to cease all communication. I was told they would note the account and was told to have a nice day. on XX/XX/XXXX I got an email from PennyMac asking me to call them back to lower my rate once again. When I called in to ask why they are still sending me emails I was told that the agent had no idea and that he could clearly see that the account was noted to no longer contact me.
