Complaint: I contacted Ocwen today regarding the conflicting status on the account and was placed on hold for a long period of time. I was later told that because we were working with our relationship manager that I had to call another number. The number provided was the number to the Office of the Ombudsman. This office took our information and placed my wife on hold later coming back and stated that we had to Contact XXXX XXXX because there was nothing they could do even after telling us the day before that there was not active sale, but today stating that there was a sale on Friday XXXX XXXX, 2016. When XXXX XXXX was contacted via email, counsel said that because 1 year ago, we had said that we were not interested in a modification, that modification chances were off and the sale would be held on XXXX XXXX, 2016. An email was sent back stating that we were interested in a modification. The attorney came back and said no to the opportunity for a modification and said that any future communication concerning the matter must be directed to him ( cutting off any contact to our relationship manager, Owen 's Office of the Ombudsman and Customer Care ), just XXXX day after the Relationship manager said that there was no sale pending and that modification assistance was available.

Complaint: Ocwen and XXXX bank attempting illegal foreclosure with fraudulent documents and a mortgage that was discharged 6 years ago. 1. The Plaintiffs filed their claim for judicial foreclosure on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, at Count XXXX in paragraph XXXX of the Plaintiffs complaint, the Plaintiff alleges that the Default occurred on XXXX XXXX, XXXX about six years after the alleged default by the Sole Home Owner. The Plaintiffs filed with the Court see XXXX XXXX a letter of default on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, but although the letter does not detail a default or any details of the Default. In part the letter explicitly states in small print on the bottom of the document " that if this mortgage was in active Bankruptcy or has been discharged in Bankruptcy the notice does not pertain to the Sole Home Owner '' - this is paraphrased. 2. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Debtor/Defendant filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter XXXX in the Federal Bankruptcy Court of the District of Columbia. The exhibit of the allonge indicated that the allonge was endorsed in blank on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, by XXXX, the original Lender. Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I accepted a Mortgage Loan Modification Agreement from Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . Ocwen 's Contract Management Modifications Coordinator, XXXX XXXX, signed-off on the agreement on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Subsequently, all of my monthly mortgage payments have been paid on-time or ahead of the due date, which is the XXXX of each month, as required. However, on four [ 4 ] separate occasions since the approval of my Mortgage Loan Modification, Ocwen has placed my account on a Trial Modification Plan and/or Forbearance, despite the fact that I have not defaulted on the agreement. In addition, I received a " Notification of Default '', dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Note, that each time an incident occurred I contacted Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC., to dispute the recurring problem. As a result, they would refer me to an " Escalation Manager '' and/or their Research Department to have the issue resolved. Subsequently, each " Escalation Manager/Specialist '' [ XXXX ext. XXXX, XXXX ext. XXXX, XXXX ext. XXXX, XXXX ext. XXXX ] would allegedly investigate, then resolve the issue, over a period of one [ 1 ] to two [ 2 ] months, only to have the situation recur. Nonetheless, XXXX continue to receive harassing telephone calls from customer service informing me that I have an arrearage that needs to be paid, mortgage statements that indicate my mortgage is on a " Trial Modification Plan '', and more recently a " Default Notice ''. My mortgage is clearly not in default. Payments are made directly from XXXX XXXX XXXX on the 30th or last business day of each month from my checking account, once my Direct Payday Deposit enters my account. This is extremely frustrating. Please help resolve this issue.

Complaint: I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX from Ocwen Loan Services , LLC ( Unique ID No. XXXX ) asking to provide proof of homeowners insurance on a property I purchased in XX/XX/XXXX. Ocwen owns my mortgage since XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. The property located in Florida is a townhome in a condominium. We 've always had condo insurance which is responsible for any damage up to " unfinished walls '' meaning that kitchen and bathroom cabinets, wall finishing, flooring, stairs, etc. are not covered. Since XX/XX/XXXX the certificate of insurance issued by the condo association insurance company was enough for the different owners of my mortgage including Ocwen in the last XXXX years. I called the condo insurance company asking to submit to Ocwen the XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX certificate. When I called Ocwen last week to check if they had received the certificate, Ocwen confirmed that they had but that they were asking for additional insurance to cover any additional cost finishing the walls, etc. I asked them to explain why Ocwen had decided to start requesting for additional insurance when for many years the certificate of insurance from the condo association was enough. I was left waiting for a supervisor for more than XXXX minutes until the representative got back to the phone to tell me that someone will call me later. This new requirement is an additional financial burden placed upon me despite the fact that I have never being late with my mortgage payment even when my property was under water. My questions to you are the following : 1 ) Can Ocwen decide to up the insurance requirement from what has been sufficient for many years without a new law backing their decision? 2 ) Can Ocwen purchase this additional insurance without given me enough time to inquiry about the validity of their request? I thank you in advance your kind attention to this complaint and prompt response. XXXX

Complaint: I have been logging complaints against Ocwen since XXXX and still my issue and those of at least XXXX other individuals have not had closure with this inept and corrupt company. How long will they be allowed to stay in business and disrupt peoples lives? Their stock continues to drop like a rock. I believe at the time I registered my first complaint, OCWEN stock price was approx. {$60.00} per share. As of right this minute it is trading at {$1.00}. How long before this company is de-listed and sent packing and those who run this company sent to jail? And when will all those people who have been ripped off be compensated for their losses because of this company? Again, in my case they have been/are in collusion with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. and their legal representative XXXX XXXX. They were attempting to sue me for approx. {$35000.00} dollars and then settled with me, out-of-court for approx. {$5000.00} and then went directly to Ocwen and received money from them without my knowledge. Then as recent as a couple of month ago in XX/XX/XXXX and STILL do this again for approx. {$7000.00} which OCWEN paid them ( XXXX ) even though this has yet to be rectified. I do n't know what else to do/say. Ocwen, should until this gets resolved at the very least, be banned/bared from foreclosing on anyone else. As usual I am afraid OCWEN will go under before they can pay me or anyone compensation for all their wrong doing. They are attempting to foreclose on me again ( this is about the 3rd time ). This needs to be stopped NOW. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
