Complaint: The original creditor XXXX charged illegal, exorbitant and unsubstantiated fees after I moved out of my apartment. XXXX actually owes me money from my deposit which they illegally withheld and assessed extra fees arbitrarily. The carpet was spotless upon moving out. They also charged me some random fee for carpet removal in excess of {$350.00} and provided no receipt for this work. They simply said that the work was done by onsite maintenance staff. When I asked them to provide proof that the maintenance staff was paid the {$350.00} for carpet removal, they could provide none. The maintenance staff is paid hourly and they could provide no proof of the fees. These fees are a punishment, completely fabricated and spurious. XXXX Owes me money. I demand that XXXX reimburses me for the carpet cleaning fee, the carpet removal fee and removes this collection from my credit record and restores my good rental history in XXXX at once.

Complaint: Received a letter from collection company regarding a debt- National Credit Systems , Inc. stating a {$1900.00} debt was due. Sent certified letter asking for documents to validate debt. Instead of receiving information relating to the charges I received a letter in retaliation stating that they reported me to the credit bureaus for failure to make suitable arrangements and that they recommending the client proceed with additional collection remedies, garnishment of wages, Liens placed on property including, autos, real estate or other real property, seizure & auction of personal property, as well as other adverse action listed on the letter. To date I still have not received any bill or statement for these charges as requested via certified mail and received by National Credit Systems , Inc in a timely matter.

Complaint: At the apartment complex, XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I lived in at the time said email was not a written form of notice. By law, email is a form of written notice in the state of Texas. All months of rent that were included in the leading contract were paid. Payment was never behind and always on time. Returning the apartment keys in which I was living in, they informed me they never recieves notice, nor did they have the many complaints about mold in the facility I happened to be living in while XXXX. Proof remains in my hands, and after presenting them with this proof, they still denied everything. Legal action was taken and a lawyer sent a legal notice to the office. There was never a response. I, or the cosigner, never recieves any disclose that we would be sent into collections. We will take legal actions, obtain medical records of the illness I developed while living in a moldy apartment, and will provide evidence and proof of necessary, showing we were wrongfully sent to collections.

Complaint: This company National Credit Systems is reporting i owe an apartment community XXXX when in fact that is n't true. In XX/XX/2016 the judge in XXXX texas ruled that we only had to pay one month past due rent which is public record now and this company is reporting an amount XXXX above what the judgement was. Not only that this company never contacted me to verify anything. The apartment community didnt take us to court for anything after. Its illegal to report a lie.
