Complaint: I contacted Navy Federal several times advising them that they have a written off account that is not mine and is reflecting on my credit report I was never responsible for the account and requested many time for them to delete the written off account since I was an authorized user and not the account holder but as of today 's date they have refused to delete the written off account from all 3 credit bureaus this is not my account and I was never liable to pay for this credit card nor did I ever sign anything pertaining to this. If I was responsible for this account i would have never been an authorized user I would be a joint account holder. I have never received a bill pertaining to this account in my name and as of today 's date I was never contacted. I am still trying to understand how can I have a written off account when I was never contacted to get an account current. This is causing my credit score to be lowered.

Complaint: In their response to my complaint # XXXX Navy Federal Credit Union stated that they removed my name from account # XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX as an additional card holder and notified all XXXX nationwide credit reporting agencies on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, which includes XXXX to update their information to reflect this new information. However, because my credit report from XXXX did not get updated as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I called XXXX to find out why and they told me that they have not received any communication from Navy Federal Credit Union. I was told that information by XXXX different persons at XXXX on the same day. My husband also tried to call the contact person from Navy Federal Credit Union mentioned in their response to the complaint. Her name is XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and her telephone number is XXXX, extension XXXX. She did not respond to messages left at that number. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX my husband spoke to a credit card servicing agent at Navy Federal Credit Union to discuss the conflict between what they reported in their response to my complaint and what XXXX was reporting to me and they stated they would re-submit to XXXX the updated information and notify my husband when that was done. There has been no response from them as yet.

Complaint: I am a member that was affected by the disgusting and illegal debt collection practices Navy Federal Credit Union conducted. The XXXX ruled that Navy Federal Credit union compensate " members '' that were affected by their disgusting and illegal debt collection practices, such as locking me out of my checking account if I missed one credit card payment. I contacted Navy Federal Credit union to alert them that I was a " member '' affected by their disgusting practices ; and I was told by a supervisor that they would audit my accounts affected and I would receive a letter in the mail. 13 months, and several attempts to contact Navy Federal Credit union about the matter I still have not received a letter nor compensation. My question now is did Navy Federal Credit union contact all " members '' alerting them of the XXXX ruling? Why did I not receive a letter?

Complaint: -vehicle was towed -on date vehicle got towed registration expired so i could n't get it out only the lien holder who had title due to rules at tow yard -the lien holder who navy federal credit union -the tow company sold vehicle -navy federal is trying to not accept responsibility by saying i still must pay for the car -in addition they claim they never got a title which is a lie due to the fact the dmv has proof of electronic title -also navy federal stated that they never received mail from tow yard stating car was there which is a lie post office has proof of delivery -then are trying to give me a rake hike due saying the do n't have title -i am stuck with no car and having to pay for car plus cant get another car

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I reported fraud on my account to my then banking institution of Navy Federal Credit Union ( XXXX ). Following the report, On XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by XXXX XXXX who identified himself as a fraud investigator with XXXX. I explained to him the circumstances of the fraud, and he asked that I be completely honest in my accounts surrounding the compromise of my accounts. As he stated I see this type of account fraud and usually the people who commit the fraud are the ones who never get caught. I became very candid at this point about my stupidity in believing I was getting approved for a XXXX XXXX that would be deposited directly into my bank accounts providing I had account with the required bank of XXXX, as this would allow loan funds availability the same day as the deposit. After providing all the necessary information on the fraud, filing a police report, providing the name of the XXXX XXXX Police Detective on the case, and forwarding the sales ad for the quick loan, XXXX XXXX then began to act in a very unprofessional manner. After refusing to discuss the fraud on my account, he stalled a cashiers check for my rent payment from cash funds deposited in my account prior to the time the fraud occurred. My rental office called and advise they were unable to collect funds on my XXXX rent money order given to them weeks before the XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally, XXXX XXXX took it upon himself to then reverse two XXXX credit card payments that I made from my outside account with XXXX XXXX transferred into XXXX. I am liable for the credit cards but as a means to impair my credit standing, XXXX XXXX attempted to prevent fair access to make payments on those debts which is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Additionally, the checking account that XXXX XXXX froze from use because of my account being compromised was allowed to continue drawing an overdraft fee for a direct deposit business line associated with that account. If no direct deposit was made, a fee would be charged. Since the account was not accessible to me until the fraud cases was settled according to XXXX XXXX, I called in to ask XXXX XXXX on two separate occasions to remove the direct deposit business line since I had no access for my direct deposit to flow into the account. I however was refused by XXXX XXXX per customer service. As a result, the outstanding {$5.00} was used as a reason to charge off the account. XXXX XXXX refused to accept a transfer from my outside account to be applied to the {$5.00} overdraft and he refused to remove or change the direct deposit line of service from the account. However, XXXX through XXXX XXXX has allowed the payments from the same outside account to resume for the credit card payments owed to XXXX. This investigator has abused his authority with creating impediments for me to settle the final debts that I am liable for with XXXX as a means to cause a negative credit report rating with the Credit Reporting Agencies. If I had not been able to catch the last credit card reversal, as I avidly monitor my credit and payment history, I would be disputing two 30 day late payments on both credit cards at the negligence of XXXX XXXX and seeking penalty per negative occurrence from XXXX as a result of XXXX XXXX violation of the Fair Credit and Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Going forward, I accept that XXXX has refused to reopen this account until this case is settled, I accept that my account is no longer accessible to me, However the refusal to accept payments on a consistent basis and the refusal to remove a business line that incurred fess on an account that has been in accessible since XX/XX/XXXX and then refuse me access to pay the fee and closed the account as a charge off in retribution of the fraud that occurred on my account by an outside perpetrator is certainly an abuse of power and a violation as explained early. Whether the charge off was {$5.00} or {$5000.00}, it still negatively impacts my standing at a banking institution.

Complaint: I have a cash reward card with navy federal credit union .I received the card in XXXX of this year. my first payment was in XXXX this year. minimum payment {$20.00} but I pay {$50.00} a month. since I have the account I have paid {$200.00} on the account the amount Is still at {$400.00}. plus the money that receive from the reward card from the purchase that I made. from using the card have been added in the the amount that I owed from card. the reward card was {$500.00}. I had spend All most all the money before I started to make payments on the card .and I know by me paying more each month on that account. that the extra payment should cover whatever charges that they are charging me each month.

Complaint: My credit monitoring service alerted me to an account that was just added to my credit file. My XXXX monitoring service told me that Navy Federal Credit Union added a credit card account to my credit profile. I do not have any accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union, nor have I ever. A new address was added to my credit profile XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX I have never lived at this address, nor have I ever. I do not know anyone who lives at this address. I called the management office of this apartment complex to inform them that my credit profile reflects this address but that I did not authorize that and confirmed that nobody with my name has a lease there or has ever had a lease there. I am a victim of identity theft. Since the last round of identity theft I have filed a police report with the XXXX Police Department. The report number is : XXXX Please make a note that I will never open any accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union - and if I ever were to do business with them I would do it in person. Anything opened online and or over the phone or by mail or by other means not personally physically inside of an office is NOT me. Please block my social security number from your system! I have attached a copy of my photo ID and my social security card. Please communicate with me in writing only.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had fraud committed against my checking account. The security of my bank did not have measures in place to prevent this from happening. Due to this my account was depleted of all funds. The banks security department had to conduct an investigation that took an unprecedented amount of time. I finally was able to recieve all of my money back on XXXX XXXX. Due to this lengthy investigation process I was behind on some of my bills that were auto-draft. Those creditors applied returned check fees totaling {$290.00}. I have tried working through my bank to recoup those fees and have not had any resolution. I claimed these fees on XXXX XXXX and as of today have been informed by my bank that this investigation is still in progress. I have already paid those fees to those creditors. So as of now I have paid {$290.00} in fees due to a poor security department and an unacceptable investigation process.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted this institution in regards of two charge off credit cards, they keep reporting it to the Credit Bureaus. They are in violation of the credit reporting LAWS they sent me a statement but never sent me confirmation of HOW these two accounts were actually initiated who did it, they MUST provide me with a signature of me OR even a picture ID of me to verify it was me in fact who opened these two accounts. I am going to be filing a law suit against XXXX if these accounts are NOT removed from " ALL '' credit bureaus within 15 Days of receipt of these complaint. They would take money out of my checking account to pay for those credit cards and if there was no money I 'd be locked out of my account something for which they already been sued in the past and I WAS NOT compensated at all. I demand for XXXX to either provide me copies of my signature or picture of my ID, if you can not provide either then you are in the obligation by law to remove both of these charge offs accounts from my credit report. ALL Bureaus. I do not want to ever do business with XXXX again.
