I ASKED HIM TO SEND ME THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE DEBT THAT WAS TURNED OVER TO THEM AND THAT WHOEVER THE ORIGINAL DEBTOR WAS, NEEDED TO SEND ME INFORMATION ABOUT THIS DEBT. SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST KNOWLEDGE OF THIS.I GAVE HIM MY MAILING ADDRESS OF XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX. THE GENTLEMAN SAID THAT HE WILL BE SENDING VERIFICATION TO MY MAILING ADDRESS AND TO HAVE A GREAT DAY. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. I noticed an unknown collection from Midwest recovery on my credit report. I contacted Midwest recovery to get more information. They stated I need to pay the {$700.00} from an account from XX/XX/XXXX. I informed that I was not aware of any account and to send verification authorizing to collect. I have yet to receive this from each call for over month now. I also informed them that this account is over the 4 year Texas statute of limitations for them to collect from anyone being that they said the account was from XX/XX/XXXX. 7 years later. Please have them remove this from my credit report expeditiously as this unknown account is over the 4 year texas limitations and 7 years to post to credit report. Thank you

Complaint: Last week I checked my credit report to find that I had a new collection account from Midwest Recovery Systems prior business being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never done business with either of these entities or given authorization for a loan. They claim the account was opened XX/XX/ 2018 for {$800.00}. I never received {$800.00} from anyone or business nor have I applied for a cash advance. This claim is fraudulent and needs to be removed ASAP. I have not contacted either business for the fact that it could be a scam and I do not what to give them any personal information.

Complaint: they posted on my credit score saying that i owe XXXX bucks in XX/XX/XXXX but i never had any account with them ever i never needed to get any loans this has dropped my credit score from a XXXX to a XXXX i dont understand how there are so many complaints with these people and no one has started a law suit and i dont understand how the credit bureaus continue to let them report fake loan accounts so i am contacting any and everyone that i can think of hopefully if i can get enough people involved we can all get together and show the credit bureaus they reported this fraud account on more than 1000 accounts that they will be removed not only that hoping they can be stopped and have something done about this!!!!! i want this removed from my XXXX credit account asap i never applied for any loans or anything also i did a 3 way call on the phone today with rtem and XXXX i told them to provide me proof that this was my accunt and i asked for a fax number to send my police report and to my surprise they gave me XXXX THIS IS A FAKE FAX NUMBER BTW this just confirms it even more 1000s of people are complaining online about them why cant they be stopped its clear they are reporting to get money from people but i want pay these THUGS XXXX XXXX!!!!!! Complaint: So yesterday I had a collection account placed on my credit report. It shows no original dates only the supposed creditor. When you XXXX them XXXX XXXX, you see nothing but scam alerts. So the collection company is MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS. I called XXXX/MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS when you call its a prerecorded message saying it is XXXX XXXX . Then your transferred to a supposedly XXXX XXXX. He started off the conversation asking for my Social Security number, I would not provide such information over the phone, stated I would be arrested if I did not and also pay this collection account today. Also is refused to send me any documentation to verify the account. Said they could email. I plainly told him that is not an actual legal way to verify the debt. I told him this has to be a scam, he said they will dispatch a police officer to my location today if I did not pay. Very mean individual/very foul language. Said the call was being recorded. I highly doubt that because that would not be legal to say on a supposed collection call.

Complaint: Receive multiple calls on almost a daily basis from different numbers. Voicemails stating an important call from a debt collector.. Midwest Recovery Systems ... I know for a fact I do not owe a debt and I read online that this company is accused many times of fraudulent claims. I have not called the company back because I do not want to waste my time disputing a false claim and potentially becoming at risk for higher involvement.

Complaint: I would like to make a complaint against Midwest Recovery Systems, XXXX with an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Mo XXXX which had a 1st delinquency reported on XX/XX/XXXX with an alleged balance as of XX/XX/XXXX of {$1900.00} and the original creditor was XXXX XXXX. This account needs deleted under title 15 u.s.c. 1681 ( i ) since they have violated the FCRA and FDCPA according to the following codes. The Kansas statute is K.S.A. 60-511 ( 1 ) Actions Limited to Five Years and K.S.A. 60-512 ( 1 ) Actions Limited to Three years for the collection agencies. Statute of limitations was up on this account on XX/XX/XXXX which was five years from the first date of delinquency and Midwest Recovery has now violated the FCRA and FDCPA and the following violations : 1. Creditors or collection agencies if they try and re-age the account violates FCRA Section 605 ( c ) Running of the reporting period and re-aging the account by re-aging the account by updating the date of last activity on your credit report in the hopes of keeping negative information on your account longer and this a fine of {$1000.00}. 2. Creditors if they report your credit history inaccurately and the fine is extent of damages incurred by the wronged party as deemed by the courts. US Court of appeals, XXXX circuit, NO. XXXX, XXXX vs. XXXX XXXX. 3. Midwest Recovery Systems also violated Protection under the FDCPA because misrepresentations by the collector about themselves or the debt are actionable regardless of intent and the following case law of XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) support this. This is also a fine of {$1000.00}. 4. Midwest Recovery Systems also violated FDCPA Section 809 ( b ) because they have never validated the debt I have disputed after the date of XX/XX/XXXX and this is a fine of {$1000.00}. 6. Midwest Recovery Systems also violated FDCPA Section 806 because the collection agency can not use any kind of harassment or abuse and he has abused me and my credit by reporting negative and inaccurate information on my credit report and this is also another {$1000.00} fine. 7. Collection agencies if they do not validate your debt yet continue to pursue collection activity and this is a violation of FDCPA Section 809 ( b ) and a {$1000.00} fine.

Complaint: Today XX/XX/XXXX I pulled my credit report. I seen Midwest Recovery systems reporting on behalf of a payday loan place called XXXX XXXX. States the account was open XX/XX/XXXX. However, I did not open any loan with this company. I did not receive any notification about this debt. When I called Midwest they advised they received the debt XX/XX/XXXX and aren't required to notify me of any debt. They did not mail a letter to the address they have or file, attempt to call nor email the email address on file. They put this on my credit without giving me the change to dispute the debt, nor provide knowledge that a debt is owed. I do not know who either company is and wish to have this resolve immediately.
