Complaint: My mortgage was recently sold to Loancare-A XXXX XXXX Company. Loancare appears to be unwilling or unable to provide information on my escrow calculations. Loancare does not have a mechanism for customers to speak with decision makers. XXXX60 minute phone holds result only in a message being taken. Email and web contacts go weeks without answer. I simply want Loancare to show my escrow calculations as they do n't match tax and insurance expenses.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2016 my company requested a verification of mortgage through the email service at Loan Care, XXXX XXXX. After being told that this request would take 7-10 business days and calling daily and speaking with numerous customer service representatives I have received the information on XXXX/XXXX/2016. This delay has cost our client to lose money on the refinance that she is currently in the process of completing. I have spoken with agent 's numbers XXXX, and many more who mumbled their ID number. I have been transferred around and told that even though this was to be put on " high priority '' per the customer service personnel, that I was unable to speak with any managers. They were always too busy to speak with me and I was unable to hold to speak with them. Only after spending my full morning requesting the item necessary I have finally received this item. I offered for our client to call in to assist in expediting, they stated that this will likely not help our situation.

Complaint: In XXXX XXXX the United States of America Consumer Financial Protection Bureau filed a consent order against LoanCare, LLC. My mortgage was sold to XXXX and in XXXX XXXX Loan Care, LLC continue to withdraw the payments and refuse to send 2 months to the new lender, XX/XX/XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ). Several attempts have been made and all received is the run around or we have not received anything. I have faxed, called, email information concerning this issue. Complaint: Loancare did not respond to my request to remove PMI in a timely manner, thus charging me additional months of PMI. I submitted the request on XX/XX/XXXX and received an automated email with confirmation and that I would receive a response in 10 business days. I did not hear a response and XXXX, I contacted customer service. When I finally got in touch with a representative, she confirmed that the request was pending, our conversation was cut short because the call was disconnected ( she hung up on me ) and I did not receive a call back. Due tot he amount of time it took to get through the automated system and to a person, I could n't spend 30 minutes trying to call back. I assumed that since the agent had confirmed the request was there, it would be removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called back and reached an agent who told me that they will not remove PMI until they have 12 months of payment history. This was not disclosed when I opened the loan. I asked to speak to a manager and was told all are busy. I could get a call back in 24-48 hours. The whole operation seems designed to not allow you to talk to anyone. Trying to contact customer service is frustrating - their automated phone system seems designed to make it very difficult to route to an actual representative. If you enter in XXXX invalid options, the system hangs up on you.

Complaint: My loan is being serviced by LoanCare ( LoanCare, a XXXX company and indirect subsidiary of XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I received my first payment letter that instructed me to make the payment by check while the ACH auto draft was being set up. I made my payment on XX/XX/XXXX and then on XX/XX/XXXX they auto drafted me for my mortgage payment. I called to request a refund and they refused and said I would be always be a month ahead. They said my only option was to cancel my auto draft for XX/XX/XXXX and reinstate it in XX/XX/XXXX. I then called my mortgage broker who lodge a compliant with them. They said they would send me a check and the next thing I heard was they were wiring me the funds back. The wire never arrived meanwhile the payment was taken off my account. When I called to inquire on the wire they then said they would overnight me a check. That check never arrived. Now it is XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payment is due. I had enough so I told them just to keep the funds and I would cancel my audit draft. The notice that my auto draft was in place was dated XXXX/XXXX/16 and I did n't receive it until XXXX/XXXX/16. Also I just received my tax forms on XXXX/XXXX/16 which is late. I have already filed my taxes. Based on the hold time I know I am not the only one with issues. When they processed the 2nd payment they applied it to principal and interest not to principal only. It appears their system does n't pick up on duplicate payments.

Complaint: My mortgage was transferred to LoanCare, LLC on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I 've called 8 times to only wait over 40 minutes without being answered and there is no email contact to ask questions. I have NOT received any correspondence in the mail to set up my account or to know when my next payment is. Last time my mortgage was transferred I received account information the next day after the transfer. From other complaints and ratings about this company I 'm afraid of being scammed and having my credit ruined by such an unprofessional company.

Complaint: I have had nothing but frustration with XXXX but on XXXX XXXX, 2016 I attempted to use the online payment system to pay my mortgage. The system said my loan information could not be processed. I contacted XXXX this morning, XXXX XXXX, 2016 via telephone and was informed that as of XXXX XXXX, 2016 my loan has been transferred to Loan Care, LLC. I asked XXXX when and how they notified me of this. They had no record of when the letter was sent, they just claimed they would have sent a letter 30-45 days in advance. I have received absolutely nothing relating to this from either mortgage company. I was given a phone number for Loan Care, LLC but there is no way to speak with a representative to obtain my new account number. Again, absolutely no notice, and no information from EITHER company. I very carefully check my mail and have a locked mailbox. They have no record of the letter that was supposedly sent.
