Complaint: My mortgage was recently transferred to a servicing company LoanCare, a XXXX XXXX. When I called to setup XXXX payments the servicer said that they could not accept XXXX payments and only accept XXXX payments. They, in turn, offered a service through a third party company, XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX charges a fee to collect XXXXXXXX payments of {$290.00} and then roughly ~ {$2.00} per XXXX payments. This sets me at a detriment because I am being forced to choose between paying this fee or paying monthly. Either way the servicer is maximizing fees or maximizing interest at the expense of the customer.

Complaint: This company has taken our dream and crushed it beyond repair. They have misapplied all my payments. The taxes were incorrect on our property. I started in XX/XX/XXXX submitted the corrected bills, they still did nothing. Now it is XX/XX/XXXX and we are still at square one. Total, I have submitted the needed paperwork XXXX times. They have the account so twisted, I am not sure what kind of money I should have in escrow and what should have been paid back to us. Please help us. They are trying to take our house away. We are XXXX time homebuyers and wish we could just get some help. I contacted the XXXX and this company has not responded to them either. Please please please we beg you to help us.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I made my XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment. At the end of XX/XX/XXXX I made my mortgage payment for XX/XX/XXXX. Everything was fine until about XX/XX/XXXX when I started receiving late notices. I did some research and found that LoanCare had applied my XX/XX/XXXX payment towards XX/XX/XXXX. So instead of recording XXXX separate months payments as they should have they showed XXXX payment for XXXX. I called and got it resolved without issue. I was assured that this was their mistake and it would not affect my credit score. I have filed a dispute with XXXX with LoanCare but they refuse to change the late. The account was never late.

Complaint: I have a mortgage with LoanCare, I have yet to be able to contact them. They will not accept my loan number or social security number and therefore I can not get through their phone maze and have not received tax information for the past two years. I also need a paper statement for another transaction. I would very greatly like to try and refinance with another company but literally can not even get ahold of them for the basics, let alone that.

Complaint: I requested a loan modification, under the recommendation of the VA, on my VA home loan in XXXX of 2011 ; I was XXXX for two months and requested those two months be rolled into the principal of my loan. I resumed normal mortgage payments on the third month and have never been late. I remained in monthly contact with customer service of this mortgage company, and they consistently reassured me that the " late payment '' status on my paper bill was just a formality during this process and will correct itself once the paperwork is finalized. It took the mortgage company 11 months to " finalize '' the paperwork. This mortgage company reported to the XXXX credit bureaus that I was 120 days late for 11 consecutive months. This does not correctly reflect my payment history, I do not know what they would have to gain from this, but it is pulverizing my credit!

Complaint: I recently applied for a loan and when my credit report was run ; the loan agent told me that my score had dropped significantly. When we researched the report we find a derogatory report from my old mortgage company that held the loan for my last house. It was stated by the company that I had made a late payment ; the supposed late payment was issued on XXXX of 2014. The problem with this claim is that I had sold the house on XXXX XXXX of 2014 ; obviously there report of this late payment is impossible. I have contacted the company via email and phone ; I supplied them with the report and highlighted the discrepancy. The have done nothing to correct the issue and now they wont reply to my email or phone calls. They give me excuses like they do n't have the loan on file anymore, even though the its been less than a year. Its being investigated by there people but I am not allowed to speak to them. I spoke to a supervisor at one point and she hung up on me, another time I was put on hold and intentionally hung up on.
I reported this issue with Experian and they have put in a dispute, advocating on my behalf with the company as well.

Complaint: My current servicer is charging high fees to make mortgage within the grace period and the more days passed within the XXXX days grace period the more the fees are. Why have a grace period when you tacking on fees to take the payment and these are not late fees.
They are not sending me my monthly mortgage statements and I do not have access to them online as they locked out my and many other accounts. I have not seen my monthly mortgage statement in months and have send emails requesting this and no one has gotten back to me. This is a big violation.
I made my most recent trial payment since XXXX XXXX that was mailed directly out of my bank account and they can not seems to locate it.
So no mortgage statement, no confirmation of payments and fees being charged for making payments within the grace period

Complaint: I have had a mortgage on my current house and has always been on automatic draft out of my checking account. My mortgage company paid my county TAX bill late ( -- even after several phone calls to them advising them I was receiving late notices ) -This caused my county ( XXXX ) to put a tax lien on my credit report and now I cant get them to correct it. This has hurt my credit rating and I have dropped from an Excellent rating to a Good rating. I have made many documented phone calls and emails to XXXX will not do anything to correct the situation. I have notified the Credit Reporting agency and XXXX XXXX and nothing has been done in over 2 months. Please Help

Complaint: According to the FHA guidelines, when an FHA Loan is acquired prior to XX/XX/2013, the Mortgage Insurance ( MI ) should be able to be removed if you meet the criteria of 78 % loan to value ( LTV ). I have 90 % LTV but I 'm being told I can not remove the MI until I have had my loan for 5 years. XXXX XXXX does not make the policies for the FHA Mortgage Insurance and are not following the guidelines stated by FHA.

Complaint: My mortgage payment increased without notification. Upon further research, I discovered that a disbursement was made from my escrow account in XXXX of 2014 for taxes. My taxes were paid in full prior to closing in XXXX of 2014. I contacted the county 's treasurer 's office and confirmed that the taxes were paid in XXXX of 2014 and no additional payments were received after that date. The mortgage company is not assisting me. I contacted them multiple times and keep being told that they do not have my closing documents. This has created a financial hardship for me and no one is helping me. My account is currently serviced by LoanCare. Their Customer Service department is rude and no one follows up with what they say that they are going to do. Please provide assistance so that my mortgage payment does not become delinquent.

Complaint: My mortgage was sold to Loancare around XXXX 2014 and since then I have had to call and make them take my payments off of the " principal '' and put it back to monthly payments. I have always been ahead on my mortgage only to be told by Loancare that they put my payments to principle instead of my payment every single month,. I am furious that I have to keep fighting for the true status of my mortgage because XXXX XXXX decided to sell my mortgage to the most incompetent people in the mortgage company business. I want to find out how I can get away from this nightmare company, and the hours of phone calls to these morons! We all deserve better than having our mortgage sold to such incompetent, and rude people.

Complaint: this is the worst company to deal with. customer service is awful. i ca n't get ahold of anyone. the website is so incredibly bad that you ca n't pay a bill. so the only way to make sure you pay on time is to pay by phone for a ridiculous pay-by-phone service charge. they are the bottom feeders of the mortgage world. this is my mortgage, and i ' the one paying back a quarter of a million dollars and i can not deal with the company i 'm giving my money to. i believe i should have some say in where my mortgage goes and who is handling it. Based on EVERY review i can online says this company is evil. someone should take a look.
