Complaint: The company IC System sent me a notice of a debt, I disputed and asked them to no longer contact me. The company totally ignored the law and sent me another letter that included a Driver License that violates the privacy act of sharing private/protected information with third parties. My complaint is the company deliberately ignored and broke the law by sending me a letter after I clearly stated in writing to no longer contact me. They also included protected information that should not have been shared with third parties. I have the letter as proof. Please help me for I am concerned they will continue to harass me.

Complaint: I found out tonight that there is a blemish on my credit report for a debt in collections. I never heard of this collection agency, who claim I owe a debt to a cable company, XXXX. XXXX did quote me a cost, two years ago, then raised the cost without my knowledge, added “late fees”, and continued to be a problem over-charging me to amounts I never agreed to. I made many calls to attempt to get this corrected, to no avail.I discontinued the cable service over a year ago, as I recall.The cable co is deceitful, and so is this collection agency who nevet contacted me.

Complaint: WE are not sure what this debt is or who its for or where it came from. It has been cleared from my credit report then reappears then I get it cleared then it reappears.. Its IC systems this time in the past it was XXXX XXXX XXXX prior to that another collection agency they just keep selling it reporting it so on. They all demand money then offer want discounted settlements 80 % 90 % discount Its a fraudulent account.

Complaint: There is an an address on 2 of my credit reporting company reports *XXXX and XXXX* with an address at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY, XXXX, which I've never heard or nor have i ever lived there. I'm also dealing with a company called I.C. Systems, a debt collection agency working on behalf of XXXX XXXX- They say that I opened an account in XX/XX/18 with them but that's impossible, since I've lived with my parents over the last 8 years at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX and there was never any XXXX XXXX service and they weren't even my personal homes- It seems as though either they have a mistaken identity problem of someone that has resided or used that address in XXXX XXXX, NY or they have made a serious mistake and falsely have me as opening a XXXX XXXX account -The debt collection company is now called I.C. Systems and they have the wrong person and they have ruined my credit score and they would need to show proof that their was an account opened on the day they set on both XXXX and XXXX that I am liable for an account that I never opened and I have yet to see any proof from them indicating such- I would like to see paperwork/documents of me opening an account with XXXX XXXX on the date they have given of XX/XX/18, that I never even opened! Either they have made a terrible mistake and need to correct it immediately by taking my name and information off that account or someone else has used my personal info and their is a data breach or mistaken/taken identity here and this could be fraud! I ask, you that you please look into this further! thank you-XXXX XXXX
