I sent an email to get more information and get this validated by ERC on XX/XX/XXXX. I never got a response. I got an alert today that a new collection item was added to my credit report. It is the same debt from ERC in the same amount being reported as new as of XX/XX/XXXX. This is a violation of my rights.
