Complaint: I have been contacted numerous times over the last 2 years by Diversified Consultants. I sent multiple letters and verbally asked them not to contact me anymore unless they mailed me a breakdown of the detailed charges. Kept getting phone calls, in XX/XX/2018 I sent a certified letter asking not to contact me/3rd parties, etc. and again requested details of charges. The only thing I received is a letter with XXXX XXXX XXXX letterhead my name and an address.I again started receiving calls XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/2018 requesting I make payments. I had to state again about certified letter asking not to call or I will take necessary steps to end contact. Some creditors have removed charges, but they keep reporting them back to other creditors.

Complaint: This is a complaint from XXXX XXXX against Diversified Consultants for Diversifieds failure to cease reporting on a dept that has been paid. On XX/XX/XXXX, Consumer paid the original creditor in full ( see attached statement ). On XX/XX/XXXX, consumer ( through legal counsel ) disputed the open account with Diversified on her credit reports. It has been 30 days since this dispute, and we have received no response, and the account is still being reported on Consumer 's credit report. Creditor 's failure to respond to a consumer 's good faith request for documentation makes it impossible for the consumer to make an informed decision regarding the debt alleged, and continuing to report an account that has been paid by the Consumer negatively impacts her credit score. This is a violation of USC 1692, and other federal acts which require lenders and debt collectors to act in good faith and refrain from unfair deceptive or abusive acts.

Complaint: I opened one account with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a wireless phone. I paid consistently on my bill. Somehow, there were 2 accounts created when I did this, and XXXX XXXX XXXX already told me I only owe {$170.00} total. They couldn't even figure out what the other amount was for. They admitted they had never seen this before, but it was their mistake. So of {$360.00}, I ony actually owed them {$170.00}, which I have paid. The XXXX people called the debt collection agency, Diversified Consultants, Inc., and while I was there XXXX and I both spoke with the collection agency. They agreed to lower the amount that I owed to {$170.00}. I paid the amount a few days later. But there's still a balance of what was left from the {$360.00}, and it ended up on my credit report. XXXX can not do anything about it but said to dispute the charges with Diversified Consultants.

Complaint: This whole ordeal started when I decided to pull my credit report to learn about what was being reported on me. I noticed a lot of accounts on my report that did not belong to me. I immediately froze my report and begin to work to get accounts removed. I contacted XXXX on a number of occasions to have this account removed and was advised it was turned over to Diversified Consultants. I contacted Diversified Consultants who disregarded the fact that I've never held an account with XXXX, they advised the only way they would remove the account was to pay. I was transferred to a manager, XXXX, who advised I could them and the account would be removed. I made payment out of my checking account on XX/XX/2018, afterwards I was told I would receive a letter and that the account would be removed since it was not my account. This was and is the only collection account on my credit report so I felt in order to avoid the headache of fighting to remove the account I should just pay it since they agreed to delete the account. After the payment cleared my account, I call several times and asked for them to email me the letter they promised to send and advised them that the account had not been deleted as promised. Instead of deleting the account, they updated the account to show it was opened in XX/XX/2018 which is completely false. They took my money and affected my credit far worst than before. I contacted XXXX who confirmed I have no balance owed to them and they advised they have no control on what Diversified reports but they did advise they would request them to honor their promise to delete this false reporting.

Complaint: I have written by US Mail and made numerous phone calls to have information corrected and updated on my credit report. I have notified the collection agency as well as all three credit reporting agency 's with proper identification along with a copy of my social security card. I've never applied for or authorized anyone for any kind of service at XXXX. The information that I have received from the past, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX have not physically verified this inaccurate information, collection companies verbally reported information to the credit bureaus as verified. This reckless reporting tactic from the collection company as well as credit bureaus has cost me a great amount of hardship during my search for employment and seeking a government security clearance. This debt of {$1500.00} does not belong to me, I will be consulting with an attorney for possible damages caused by the inability to obtain employment pending the out come of this matter.

This debt collection agency failed to communicate to me and within few trial of communication. I am traveling at this moment outside the USA. Without any telephone communication and just and based on the failed communications and one mail ( I never received ), they reported a derogatory remarks to my credit score. This debt collection agency did not try to reach out to me in enough means, not even try to have a successful phone conversations before damaging my credit history. I would like to pay off the balance ( {$60.00} ) with this agency and I want them to remove the derogatory remarks about my credit reporting. I want consumer finance to help me in this situation and resolve this unfortunate circumstances. Complaint: I received an alert that a collection was placed on my credit report by Diversified Consultants. Back in XXXX of 2018 I completed a fraud affidavit for a collection account from XXXX that did not belong to me. XX/XX/2018 the collection was removed and closed. Now this collection agency Diversified Consultants has placed the same collection back on my reports damaging my credit. I have already taken care of this and followed all proper channels and now this collection agency has placed this same unverified account back on my reports. They are damaging my credit and defaming my character. My next step will be to sue these collection agencies because they are using illegal tactics to try and get consumers to pay collections that they clearly do NOT own or can not properly verify according to the FDCRA.

Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 I noticed that my credit report included a collection amount and a late payment record for Diversified Consultants , Inc . I have never heard for this company nor received any notice of debt. On XX/XX/2018 I called Diversified Consultants to Inquire. I was told that the bill was from last year thru XXXX XXXX XXXX from a " XXXX XXXX ' in the amount of {$560.00}. I was completely paid up with XXXX XXXX XXXX and have not used their service for over a year. Diversified Consultants allegedly had been sending letters to my old address, which I never recieved. The agency could not or would not provide me any information with what the debt was for or when it incurred. I indicated that I wanted the contact information for XXXX XXXX XXXX and they refused to give me the information. I told them I wanted to record the information, and they indicated that I was not allowed to record the conversation. I asked for them to please send me information to my new address regarding this debt. On XX/XX/2018, I also emailed Diversified Consultants and formally asked them to validate the alleged debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 I was emailed by Diversified Consultants by XXXX ( no last name was provided ). XXXX had attached a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The bill did not include any information, nothing about dates or what the debt was for, except for the amount due. On XX/XX/2018 I wrote XXXX back and again asked her to send me details of the debt. On XX/XX/2018, I received a letter in the mail from Diversified Consultants demanding I pay the debt. They also included a copy of XXXX XXXX XXXX bill, which again contained no information except for amount due. On XX/XX/2018 I called Diversified Consultants and spoke with XXXX XXXX ( spelling ). XXXX informed me that they already sent a credit validation letter to me. I let him know again that I was requesting information about his debt. On XX/XX/2018 I emailed customer service again asking for details on the debt. To date, I have not received any information on what this debt is for, yet I am getting harassed to pay a bill. Diversified Consultants also reported false information to the credit bureaus " late payments '' and " delinquent accounts '' Diversified Consultants never provided me with any information on how, or even that I could, dispute this debt. Although the company is well aware that I am in need of more information about this debt they have not provided me anything. They will not give me information to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX myself, they will not let me record the phone calls I have with them, and they continue to keep false information on my credit report

Complaint: XXXX is reporting a {$410.00} unpaid debt to Diversified Consultants. I contacted them, who said it is a XXXX account and that XXXX is in charge of the account. I contacted them and was informed it was in collections. I contacted the Collection Agency who said there was no record of this account and to contact XXXX. This a fraud account from XXXX for XXXX service at a Michigan address. I have been XXXX XXXX military since XXXX, and in XXXX I was stationed in California, so there is no way this account was mine. In XXXX I became aware of this and filed disputes with all 3 credit bureaus. XXXX and XXXX removed it from my credit report in XXXX, but XXXX is still reporting it. I need this removed from my credit report.

Complaint: After pulling my credit report I noticed there was an account from Diversified Consulta I called the company explained that it did not belong to me and they explained I needed to file a fraud acct which I did after filing it I called back and they told me I had to wait 90 days before it would be resolved. They are just giving me the hardest time trying to get this matter cleared up I have a mortgage pending and 90 days is not acceptable I called back and ask if I could get any information about the account showing that I have filed fraud charges and they told me no I just needed to wait. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX and filed a fraud claim for them as well and they have are telling me the same thing. According to XXXX XXXX XXXX this account was open at a different address than mines for the amount of {$890.00} also the dates is XX/XX/2016 to XX/XX/2016 and I was under a lease at my current address at that time I want this deleted and removed from my credit immediately.
