Complaint: In XXXX 2015, I filed a FTC complaint regarding multiple collection phone calls for an account that I did not open. The investigation was complete ; it was verified that I did have an account with XXXX and did not owe them any money. Today, I received a call from a collection agency regarding a XXXX account. Today, I contacted XXXX and they did verify that an account was opened in my name in XXXX 2015 and it has been placed into collections. My issue is that customer service has repeatedly provided me with the incorrect information, and was withholding information that I requested and facilitated account fraud. I believe that this issue could have been resolved months ago.

Complaint: I received a phone call on or about XXXX XXXX, 2015 around XXXX from Diversified Consultants about an alleged XXXX bill. I told them that I have no knowledge and further communications with me need to be written and sent through the US Mail. I received a collection letter from Diversified Consultants on XXXX XXXX, 2015 that was dated XXXX XXXX, 2015. I sent a validation letter to Diversified Consultants on XXXX XXXX, 2015 via certified mail, return receipt. It was received on XXXX XXXX, 2015. I was notified that a collection account was added to my consumer credit reports today by my credit monitoring service. When I looked, it was back dated XXXX XXXX, 2015. They are willfully violating Section 809 of the FDCPA and I fully intend to seek relief and monetary damages under the above mentioned statute.

Complaint: I had a debt that was being collected from XXXX XXXX XXXX I think last year. And it went on my credit report negatively for {$100.00}. This was not my debt. It was disputed and removed from all credit reports. A year later a company called Diversified Consultants , Inc from XXXX, Florida is trying to collect the debt apparently and it went on my credit report again. I have once AGAIN disputed it through the credit reporting agencies and wrote a letter to Diversified Consultants upon finding it on my credit report. I was never notified by them that they were trying to collect a debt or I would have submitted the investigation paperwork from the last incident. Which, to reiterate was removed due to lack of evidence this was my debt!! Now it seems the debt is being resold and collected again??? I have not heard from Diversified Consultants to date. I want them to remove the negative account from my credit reports and stop collecting against me immediately.

Complaint: This is not a valid debt, and Diversified Consultants , Inc did not investigate nor give me an answer to valid this debt, but took the easy route and placed it on my credit report instead of investigating the validity of account before the date of the letter prior to placing this bogas debt on my credit. This is a bogus claim from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been making attempts to contact this collection agency withing the 30 day time frame to find out why are they contacting me with a debt to collect with incorrect information and wrong amount of what is owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting the incorrect amount ; When in fact I notified the company to fix the problem to terminate service and adjust my bill which never was completed.. Each month they would overcharge me, so I terminated services and retained a new phone service but XXXX still billed me for over three months.This is NOT my bill and will not pay it. I 've sent correspondence to the collection agency and they went behind my back with the incorrect amount of bill and placed it on my credit report before the 30 days for them to answer my dispute was done. I want this off my credit report at once! Have Diversified Consultants , Inc confirm the true amount of debt and remove off my credit report at once.
