Complaint: On X/X/2017, A new collection account appeared on my XXXX credit report. Reported by agency Diversified Consultants Inc. ( DCI ) in the amount of {$88.00}. Original Creditor was XXXX. I did have an account with XXXX, but was paid in full when i closed the account and switched providers. I never received any bill, call, email or any notification that I still owed XXXX anything. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I contacted DCI by telephone and was informed that I owed for an unpaid amount. I asked why I was never notified of this debt by either agency, and was informed they didnt know, and that I should have definitely been billed or contacted. I was also informed that XXXX had given DCI the contact phone number I had originally provided when I signed up for their services, which has not changed, so I know that had they wanted to, they could have easily contacted me. Had I known they wanted more money, Id likely have paid them immediately as I have been working on my credit. No attempts in any format were made by XXXX or DCI to contact me and inform me of any outstanding balance. My phone number has not changed, and I am rather easy to contact. Fair notice was not given to me by either company before this mark was added to my credit report.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX diversified consultants reported as COLLECTIONS on my credit report for XXXX for {$210.00}. I only became aware of this by viewing my credit report. XXXX was charging me for invalid charges and talked to them several times on the phone to get it resolved and finally had to go to one of there locations at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX to get it resolved. They got it resolved and said if I owed anything it would be a couple of dollars and i would receive a bill if so. I never received a bill, a phone call or any type of notification. It was n't until I seen it on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and called diversified consultants and XXXX to get resolved once again. I paid diversified consultants immediately the {$9.00} & some change and told the gentleman I was on the phone with that I NEVER was made aware that I owed this {$9.00} & change or I would have paid for it and to please remove it from my credit. He advised me I had to call XXXX. I called XXXX and they said I had to call diversified consultants, so it was a back & forth game.

This debt is for XXXX XXXX cable. I 've spoken with a rep with XXXX XXXX the first week of XXXX and paid {$87.00} owed for services, the remaining balane of {$170.00} I advised her I did not owe because I had already returned the service equipment. I am no longer liable for the debt with XXXX XXXX or Diversified Consultants, and under no circumstances should two collection agencies be reporting on the same debt.

Complaint: i have been a victum of identity theft. i am currently employeed with XXXX XXXX XXXX. in XX/XX/XXXX i was made aware of collections on my credit report from XXXX. three separate collections, one is {$670.00}, {$650.00}, and {$710.00}. All three were with a collection agency named Diversified consultants. During that time, i have faxed in all info required to prove my identity and that these accounts were all ooened without my authorization. those 3 collection accounts were eventually removed from my credit. In XX/XX/XXXX, all three of these collections reappeared, but now with a different collection agency. that collection agency is called XXXX XXXX. i also have 2 separate collections with XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. those 2 accounts are a total of {$2100.00}. these accounts were not employee accounts and also were created due to identity theft. i have tried to take care of this on my own, but not getting anywhere. now im getting consistant calls throughout the day and also family and friends are being harrassed about these collection debts that i did not authorize. i am hoping this can be resolved that will result in these attempts to collect these debt cease and removed from my credit. any help would be greatly appreciated

I, Also asked for verification of this debt from diversified Consultants and as of the day I have n't received verification, I also checked with my local post office and they said I 've never received mail from Diversified Consultants. Diversified Consultants are in violation of the FCRA. Diversified Consultants has already deleted the account from XXXX, but still needs to delete from XXXX XXXX and XXXX.
