Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I applied for a rental apartment in Maryland. The credit report/criminal search was done by Corelogic / Saferent. I was approved with with a condition. the Leasing agent found in the report found that Corelogic / Saferent has linked my Name ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) my social security, date of birth, middle name & address I have lived over 16 years is different from the person they have Falsely reported another persons information on my credit report/background check with a list of criminal charges I have called to the Corelogics / Saferent for hours by phone and no one has answered my calls. I am unable to move in to apartment my lease is up next week! This person is not me I want it immediately removed from my credit report and for it to never show or come up again in their system. I also want a letter in writing stated that it was removed.

Complaint: Almost a week ago I started shopping for house. I did some reasearch online and found a house. Quicken loan was the only company that had my SSN and they pulled out my credit. I was done and I said I no longer want to move forward. After two days I saw another inquiry from Credstar/Credco on mu credit account I did not filled any application with them. I think they sold my identity, or something because I have no idea where the credstar/credco came from

Complaint: I contacted the company listed in this dispute about an unauthorized inquiries reflected on my credit reports. I advised that the credit inquiry by their company is damaging my credit rating. I requested full documentation and supporting information regarding the circumstances resulting in the review and placement of either a hard/soft inquiry on either my XXXX, XXXX, and/or XXXX credit file showing pursuant to the permissible purpose provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Since I did not authorized the review of my credit file by this company, I kindly requested the inquiry be removed. However, the company has not granted my request nor provided any supporting information resulting in permission and/or granted permission by me, the consumer, to have my credit file reviewed. Complaint: XXXX XXXX, 2016 Credco ran a inqury with XXXX. I have wrote to the company and the credit agency.
I have demanded them to send me a original sighed contracted that I granted them permissible purpose to view my credit .I DID NOT authorize this inqury!!!!!!!!!!! I am getting the run a round. They had no permissible purpose for placing this inquiry on my credit report. I have been demanding them to remove their inqury.

Complaint: First let me clarify that this is the same complaint statement that I 've submitted for XXXX Clarity, XXXX and now CoreLogic/ I applied for an auto loan with XXXX. The denial letter I got stated some, " whole or in part '', the reasons on how they based their decision. The reporting agencies are XXXX XXXX, CoreLogic and XXXX. The first part of XXXX reasons for denial was " could n't identify or confirm my personal information. I filed a complaint with XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 stating that my information was not up to date and a collections account is not mine. Originally XXXX had stated that the dispute ( samer reasons plus identify fraud issues ) I had with them ( XXXX ) were resolved. ( results from XXXX= deleted from my credit ) and that they ( XXXX ) would contact XXXX and XXXX to do the same. XXXX and XXXX has not. Ive attached the email from XXXX, the dispute results from XXXX ( nothing was done ) and the XXXX report as to why they denied me. I have filed complaints with all XXXX reporting companies. CoreLogic, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX My last dispute was with XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016 The results for that dispute were unsatisfactory. The account disputed was still listed and more importantly they have old personal information ; address, name and employment information that hasnt been updated from 10 years ago.

Complaint: This complaint is filed against CoreLogic SafeRent, who has produced an inaccurate report that includes landlord-tenant cases filed by XXXX from XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX. Specifically, CoreLogic SafeRent is inaccurately reporting the court cases as " case filed and the claim amount '' when in fact all of the cases were dismissed because payment had been made. CoreLogic SafeRent is required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act to report accurate information. CoreLogic is violating the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( " FCRA '' ) by systematically and illegally reporting court cases that have been dismissed. Because of CoreLogic 's inaccurate reports, I have been denied housing since XXXX and have been forced to live with family members. I have been employed with the federal government for 25 years, have a good salary, no open collections or late payments and a good credit score. However, none of these factors mattered when I applied for housing on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The Management Company informed me that my credit score would warrant an approval, but they had to accept the decision not to approve based on the information that was received from CoreLogic SafeRent. For the sixth time, I have been denied housing based on the inaccurate court cases that CoreLogic reported. The inaccurate reports are misleading as it only shows the court cases as " case filed and claim amount '' which implies that the case is still open and the claim amount is still due. This is not correct and I suffered tremendously because of the inaccurate information. Had CoreLogic checked the court records, it would have realized that these cases were dismissed and there are no outstanding balances or money owed. I have faxed three disputes which have been ignored and no one has responded. Nor do this company answer the phone. I have not been able to get this resolved.
