This company not only falsified an account open and closed dated, but also did not notify me by mail, and pushed the first reported delinquency date of the account to XXXX XXXX. Complaint: I sent a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 to the most recent purchaser of the account, Jefferson Capital Systems, to verify the debt and to cease and desist any phone calls to my personal or business lines. I revived email confirmation that my letter was received. I received a letter from Capital XXXX Systems that they had received my request for debt verification for the account owned by Jefferson Capital Systems, the letter included my request for no calls to my phone. It would be prudent to mention that I have since sent Capital XXXX Systems XXXX other letters dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 and XXXX XXXX, 2015. I was informed my father received a call from a collections company looking for me on XXXX XXXX, 2015 but he could not verify the caller. He has since been informed to get the name of any collector that calls for me. However, I suspect it to be XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a call on XXXX XXXX, 2015 from XXXX. They identified themselves as Capital XXXX Systems.
