Calvary Portfolio is suing me for a different XXXX XXXX account that is not mine. It is a different account # and I have sent them the letter and spoken to someone on the phone and they told me they would get me the paperwork to claim it as a fraud account. I have asked them to give me the account information and XXXX XXXX it was opened at but have yet to get anything from them including the packet of information to claim fraud. I have made multiple phone calls to them, their attorney and corresponded with the attorney 's office through email but can not get proof that this account is mine.
