Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a collection letter from BCA Financial Services , Inc., XXXX, XXXX, demanding payment for a debt for their client, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I immediately responded to this collection agency in written form telling them that I have been disputing this matter with their client for almost a year, with valid medical reasons for said dispute, as well as instructing them to cease all further contact with me. On XXXX XXXX, I received a second letter from them again demanding payment for the same client. I have, for the second time, sent them a letter informing them that I will now report their agency to your agency and both state attorney generals ' offices in XXXX and XXXX. In this second letter I reminded them that they were previously instructed to cease any further communication, yet they chose to ignore my request. This is why I am filing this complaint against BCA Financial Services , Inc..
