I demanded to see 100 % Verifiable Proof an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it. They have failed to RESPOND or VERIFY 100 % verifiable proof even though I have been sent back the Certified Return receipt. Complaint: A XXXX Transaction is made on my Barclays credit card in XX/XX/XXXX. The charge was authorized and is supposed to be charged only one. But in my billing statement, the charge from the same merchant, XXXX is shown twice for an amount of $ XXXX. I opened a dispute with Barclays and they asked me to contact the merchant. So I contacted XXXX and they emailed me back on XX/XX/XXXX, that they made the charge only once and its the credit card company 's mistake. I provided the email proof from XXXX to Barclays. I did not receive any status update. So I called Barclays back again and they said the dispute was closed. So I opened the dispute again and provided all the proofs. This repeated multiple times till now, XX/XX/XXXX and now the last time I opened the dispute with the highest authority at Barclays, I got a callback and they told me it was too late to do anything now. That the transaction has happened a long time ago and there is nothing they can do about it. On asking why my dispute was closed so many times, they say its the merchant who is responsible and for charging me twice and it's not Barclay 's responsibility to take care of it. Now I can not contact the XXXX either because they will not keep all records from two years since its a big airline company and they have too many records to keep. Now both the parties are not taking responsibility and I as a customer have to end up paying such a big amount for nothing I used.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2019, I received a XXXX XXXX notification that my credit score took a turn for the worse due to a missed payment Barclay claims was my fault. Even though this was reflected on my account, I have no records of owing Barclay the amount reflected on my account. Due to this, I was taken back when I saw the amount I owed Barclay. When I received notification from Barclay that I missed a payment I promptly paid the full amount plus interest.
I contacted Barclay over the phone on XXXX of 2019 to dispute the missed payment. They told me it was not possible even though I have never missed a payment for being a loyal customer with them for two years.
I included the letter in this request that I sent to Barclay and asking for your assistance in making sure this is fair to me.

Complaint: I applied for a XXXX XXXX card that is handled by Barclay 's Bank. According to my XXXX website I have a XXXX credit score. I pay all credit card balances each month. Barkclay 's denied my application for the credit card. I called the XXXX telephone number and was told that I would receive an explanation letter. That letter never arrive. A second call and I was told by a representative who was reading from a script that I could not be given information over the telephone. In the meantime, I had removed the freeze from my three credit reports and they were about to be frozen again.
Without an explanation, I am led to believe that Barclay 's Bank is engaging in Age Discrimination. I am XXXX years old and retired. I have adequate retirement assets to pay off any credit card balance. There is no mortgage or any other form of debt.
I believe Barclay 's bank should be censured and fined for its illegal practices.

Complaint: Ever since the renewal date of my XXXX XXXX Card in XX/XX/2018, I've lost all benefits that's advertised on the card including Free first checked bag, 10 % points back rebate, and other benefits. I've contacted Barclays by phone and secured message MULTIPLE TIMES in the past three months and they recognize the linkage error but blame it on XXXX. I've also spoken with XXXX even going as far as doing a conference call with Barclays together, and every time they said they'll fix it nothing has been done.
