Complaint: Bank of America closed all of my accounts, including checking and credit cards, for no reason and without notice. First they deducted {$880000.00} from my checking account, and then locked me out of online banking. Now I have no access to my cash in the checking account, and customer service is unable to help. They gave me a name : XXXX XXXX in Corporate Security. But she could never be reached at the number/extension given. My money just disappeared into thin air!! This is extremely unfair and unprofessional and I demand immediate access to my checking account!!

Complaint: We are reaching out to you for your help in protecting us ( consumers ) against wrongful accusations from bank ( mortgage loan ) establishments. Attached are documents and letters that will help support our case of wrongful and fraudulent activity committed against us. We originally obtained a mortgage loan from Countrywide Home Loans with a 1st and 2nd loan in 2006. Later on we found out this mortgage was a fraudulent loan to begin with. They used inaccurate income, asset and liability. They also incorrectly reported our principal balance over $ 40XXXXXXXX than the original loan.

Complaint: On about XX/XX/XXXX - I received a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged. My primary home on XXXX, CA. XXXX mortgage at the time was Bank Of America and it was included in the discharge.
On about XX/XX/XXXX, Bank Of America granted me a loan balance forgiveness. ( most of this was late charges and penalties as well other unexplained fees ). The loan was also modified.
On about XX/XX/XXXX - we received a XXXX form XXXX ( Cancelation of Debt ) in the amount of {$100000.00} - debt discharged. This form was incorrect. Bank of America indicated that we are personally liable for this, under box 5. Box 6 had the wrong coding, F ( F = agreement ) instead of A ( A = bankruptcy ). Under US Bankruptcy code, we are not liable for the debt.
I tried contacting Bank of America for several months in regards with no resolution. The mortgage was included in the Bankruptcy BEFORE it was modified. Because of this wrong coding and refusal to update - State of California tax us on it nearly {$10000.00} On about XX/XX/XXXX - Bank Of America sold the loan to XXXX. I am requesting an investigation in regards to this matter with an updated corrected form of box 5 as unchecked and Box 6 coded as A. I have uploaded the loan modification document as well as the XXXX form for your review.

Complaint: My debit credit card has been declined at drug stores on multiple occasions over the past 4 - 5 years.The attempted purchases were by my Wife who is buying her medications to treat her XXXX XXXX.She travels 4 hours by car to get the Best prices on her many Meds that she takes..I have complained to this Bank of America several times which has not been successful. My next step after you will be civil litigation with puntative damages to be accessed in time.Bank of America is a Disgrace to all who can not get their lifesaving Meds with their debit card and has had to use Cash for the past 4 years.I demand a federal investigation by the DOJ and this will be forthcoming.
