Complaint: Bank of America OverDraft Items fees ', XXXX Putting consumers into more debt and or taking their hard earned money. Bank of America rearranges accounting to suit their needs. They also should not charge if deposits are made to the account within XXXX hours, fees ' should be reversed, especially if a consumer calls and requests assistance. Email notifications of low balances do not occur at times for up XXXX hours after. I made deposits on so many occasions on the requested fee reversals.

Complaint: I have been going back and forth with Bank of America regarding few fraud charges made to my account. My wallet was stolen and there money was withdrawn from my BOA and XXXX accounts. My wallet had my ID and debit and credit cards. XXXX was the XXXX to call me about the fraudulent activities. BOA account was hit worse. They withdrew the money from the ATM, bought stuff online, also cashed out a check with my name on it. This all happened after I had blocked the debit card. BOA has not been co-operating with me at all. Their claims department is the worst. They are not checking the regional bank camera and records for this fradulent activity. How can anyone walk into the bank and withdraw money from some other account? Whoever stole the money got a debit card from the bank with my ID and old debit card, which I did not have in possession. There was a replacement fee of XXXX $ on my account and there was a debit card issued which I never got hold of. They know its their fault and they are denying each and every claim made. I need some serious help. I have been constantly been denied inspite of police reports and other reports of money being stolen from other banks, including my XXXX account. Other banks were very helpful but BOA is giving me a XXXX XXXX. Please help!

Complaint: An ATM teller assist machine was unable to complete my transaction and was unable to return the {$2000.00} cash payment to a credit card I was making. I have gotten incorrect information from employee after employee from the phone number provided on the ticket that was printed from the machine. Customer service does n't know what they are doing and ca n't help me, they transfer me over and over and over. It seems the actual people in the branch are more helpful. It has only been two days but I have lost some much time over this issue trying to get a status update, which didnt happened today was over 1.5 hours. 1.5 hours in the branch trying to start a claim. No one seems to know who I can talk to about the status.

Complaint: XXXX issued a consent to Disbursement of Funds to the Bank of American legal department on XX/XX/2016 at XXXX. All XXXX of our Bank Accounts with Bank of America are currently frozen. To date, Bank of America claims that they have not received anything from XXXX company, and to date, all XXXX of our Bank XXXX remain frozen. After speaking with the Agent for the Plaintiff, XXXX several times today, he faxed to me the signed XXXX order ( which was signed by my husband on XXXX XXXX, 2016 ) along with the confirmation that it was sent. For 7 days our account has been frozen. All of our paychecks, and other monies are unavailable to us, leaving us without money for food, gas, or the ability to provide for our XXXX for XXXX. Because of BOA 's refusal to resolve this matter in a timely fashion, it has cause undue hardship on my family and crippled us both financially and emotionally at a time when we should be celebrating this joyous holiday. We are unable to pay anything and have to borrow money just to keep our heads above water. Please help us resolve this issue. This is the second time BOA has frozen our accounts. The first time they had our accounts frozen for XXXX hours with no explanation or apology. Please help! We are in a dire situation.

Complaint: 1. I opened a mortgage, savings, and checking account with Bank of America in XXXX 2. At that time there were no fees for the accounts I opened. They were very simple accounts. 3. At some point, I remember XXXX - they changed my accounts to a higher level but it carried fees 4. I called them about those fees and they said do n't worry, you 'll be covered. 5. I paid off my mortgage in XXXX. Checking my accounts I find they charged me repeated fees in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. 7. I called Bank of America to get those fees reversed because their representatives had told me the fees would not occur anymore. Spoke with XXXX ( Rep, no employee ID ) and XXXX ( Manager, employee number XXXX ). They were unwilling to reverse the fees so I asked to speak to XXXX 's boss - XXXX. 8. I closed my accounts with Bank of America because I feel it is dishonest to charge for reason of an upcharged account I never asked for to begin with.

Complaint: When I was out of town a woman stole XXXX checks of mine, filled them out and used them as payment for her bills. As soon as I found out I reported the theft to Bank of America. Bank of America is refusing to return the funds totaling {$530.00}. It was obvious to the Bank Manager whom I brought the theft to my attention ; that it was clearly not my handwriting nor my signature. In fact he pulled my signature card to verify. Please assist me in recovering my monies. Attached are the forged checks ( front/back ). Also there is a copy of a legitimate check, which I wrote and signed ( {$1500.00} ) so that you see the differences.

Complaint: 1.Bank of America has a customer care number that goes around the country in all different states.There is no good help and resolution. The account was closed by Bank of America. I want the account closed and free permanently. But the account continues to have fraudulent activities and making the account balance which was XXXX at time of close on XX/XX/2015 changing and the closing statement shows credit balance on the XX/XX/XXXX. And because there was more fraud activities going on within Bank of America, the balance is changing. Help!!!!! Help!!!!! Please It seems that government department such as the FTC and crib phone numbers are being forwarded and transfer to some fake or fraud number or offices that are floating around all over the world!!!!!!! 2.Please have Bank of America straighten the account as it should be. 3.My email address is XXXX 4.Bank of America credit card account number ending in XXXX. Complaint: Bank of America sold a loan in which I was in dispute as illegal. While I was waiting for BOA to verify that my home loan with them was not legal they sold a XXXX loan to XXXX Mortgage, XXXX. I am seeking an answer to my quest. In XXXX I purchased a home under the first time buyers XXXX program. In XXXX I filed for a Modification with BOA for refinanced loan in XXXX, after refiling for this MOD in XXXX, I discovered that the loan was not legal so I requested a QWR from BOA in XXXX XXXX. After a year of haggling on today XXXX XXXX I finally got the complete package. I also in XXXX of this year sent a copy of the pages of the original Deed which shows that this is not a legal loan as of today BOA has not responded or addressed this issue. I am seeking closure to this matter! I explained to BOA that I also had a second with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was illegal. After my sending XXXX the portions of the deed which outlined the restrictions on the deeded property they gave me a Lien Release. I am seeking the same results from BOA and the acknowledgement that they sold my loan while we were in dispute. I need BOA to relay their findings to me and CMS.

Complaint: I recently applied for a residential mortgage with Merrill Lynch Home Loans. I had been employed with Merrill Lynch from XX/XX/2000 to XX/XX/2009. During that time I maintained XXXX mortgages with them that started out at almost {$900000.00} and until a few months ago when I sold XXXX of my homes is down to a little more than {$400000.00}. During those XXXX to XXXX years I never missed or was late with a payment. My credit score has always been in excess of XXXX and my income has stayed about the same. I recently decided to purchase another home a few blocks from where I currently live in order to downsize as I do n't need a home as large as the XXXX I have now. My intention is to sell my current home after I move. I applied with XXXX lenders to see where I would get my best deal, Merrill Lynch and XXXX Bank. I also entered into discussions with several other lenders to see what type of programs they have and have provided them with information about my financial positions to see if I was a good candidate for their preferred programs. I received an approval from XXXX Bank and was assured by all the other lenders that there would be absolutely no problem in approving me for their mortgages. However, Merrill Lynch Mortgage had refused to provide me with a mortgage. I provided them with my last XXXX years tax returns as well as an income statement for this year but they did n't request verification of any other financial records. I told them about my brokerage accounts in excess of a XXXX and a half as well as a rental home I own free and clear but they did n't ask for any verification of that information. A few days later I was told that their underwriting did not approve me because of a {$60000.00} loss on a XXXX last year as well as a XXXX % debt to income ratio. When I explained that this was an investment in an oil well that was being drilled and those costs are deductible on my taxes I was told that they have strict guidelines by the federal government that dictates who they can lend to. When I asked what guidelines they were referring to I was told XXXX. As I understand XXXX XXXX Subtitle B addresses the minimum standards for mortgages, there is no mention of a debt to income ratio or for that matter, any mention for underwriting guidelines except " make a reasonable and good faith determination based upon verified and documented information that the consumer has a reasonable ability to repay all loans on the same dwelling and applicable taxes, insurance ( including mortgage guarantee insurance ), and assessments. '' Because of their ambiguous responses to my questions and the fact that many other mortgage companies are willing to finance me, I immediately became suspicious of their motives. As I 've experienced retribution from this firm in the past as a result of me leaving, I feel that their determination was based on other reasons than what they 've expressed. My concern is that they acted in a discriminatory manner where they had no problem financing XXXX homes while I was employed XXXX but now that I 'm with XXXX they refuse to finance XXXX homes with a lower amount of debt they financed before. I believe this action warrants a complete investigation into this matter as well as an investigation into the recorded telephone conversations I 've had with their representatives. If they 're allowed to refuse mortgages based on an arbitrary " company policy '' and hide behind nonexistent federal guidelines, than they will continue to discriminate, for any reason, against those qualified families that go to them for help in purchasing their home. If they insist on referring to federal guidelines, they need to be reminded of those real guidelines that protect the consumer from discrimination in any form.
