Complaint: your law firm is in violation of the fair debt collection practice act, and that violation robs the court of jurisdiction in this action against me. Any further drama in court over this matter will place the court, and the Judge in a position to share the civil liability with your unlicensed debt collection law firm. The fair debt collection practice act mandates debt collector law firms must have a license to collect debts, they must have a bond, and they must be registered with the Attorney General for the State they are attempting to collect in. Your law firm does not meet these legal requirements necessary to lawfully collect a debt in my State, and therefore has no legal authority to harass me.
The fact this debt was charged off the original corporations books, claimed on their taxes and written off as an insurance loss gives rise to the appearance of R.I.C.O. The contract in dispute was not with your debt collection corporation, and therefore you have no legal standing to collect.

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone
Complaint: XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX reinserted a collection account on to my credit report from all state credit bureau. I have investigated this myself in the past and the account was not able to be validate. I even drove out to the address listed on the credit bureau, sent letters an had pictures submitted to the credit bureaus that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mi XXXX was closed. I even drove out to the location. Ive contacted the state of Michigan for licensing and the company reporting name is not licensed as that theyre licensed under All state credit bureau inc. Further more according to FCRA law FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ) ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumers file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency.
Which I received no such letter from either credit bureau. All state credit bureau inc as they are now known and licensed under. At XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX decides to reinsert this information after being closed down from previous address for how long? Mr XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX needs to address this situation. From what Im being told is the account is paid off and terms agreed to by all state credit bureau of the harassing calls they made to my home that a pay for delete was verbally offered by there office. Which of course will be denied on there end.
