Complaint: I keep getting calls from a company called ASG Solutions LLC. The lady who left this message name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I checked my messages today XX/XX/2019 I'm not sure if she called today or on XX/XX/2019. Any way her message states she is calling on behalf of XXXX shes been instructed to contact my place of employment today and to send out a courier and that I have been legally notified reference # XXXX. She would be calling my place of employment today. I called her number back got voicemail left a message stating she does not have the right to call my cell phone or employer. This message is threatening and has harrassing. Please stop these people from contacting me by phone and from calling or showing up at my place of employment. The only contact should be made by mail only. I'm sure they have violated some rules for debt collecting. I don't have any documents to attach I did save the voice message

Complaint: They called my phone number repeatedly. I did not identify myself as the debtor and they threaten me by saying Im going to be in hot water if I dont deliver a message. And that they will file charges against me being a third-party. I called them back to try and figure out who they are since I am a debt collector by trade. They refused to give me the address when I asked and refused to identify themselves three times I finally called back a fourth time was able to obtain the address. And they call from a fictitious number - that is very similar to mine where I live however they are located in XXXX XXXX New York. They call the company name ASG, XXXX

Complaint: I am filing a complaint about a debt that was paid with a collections company under a settlement agreement, This account was settled in Full for {$430.00}. I have the letter that was sent from ASG Solutions LLC. I believe my file was mismanaged and the fund were applied to another XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$740.00}. I recently pulled my credit report from all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and to my amazement, saw that ASG Solutions LLC have never updated the account. I immediately disputed this by phone, as I had not even received a statement from you. All these bureaus verified the update. I tried numerous times to get my statements from you, but never received them. Finally, I was able to get someone on the phone and paid the balance. You assured me everything was fine and reported properly. What happened? I settled this account! I have my cell phone statements to verify my numerous requests for my statements.

Complaint: I had gotten repeated phone calls from " XXXX XXXX '' who says he is with a third party collector called, " ASG '' XXXX XXXX has threatened me with calling people " associated '' with me by naming off a list of people whom I may know. He said to me, " then I will be calling such and such and named off a list of people some of which are n't even relations to me. He also threatened to " garnish '' my wages if I did n't pay them {$1200.00} by Friday. He had a " courier '' who would be serving me papers on Tuesday and no one showed up. I was getting irritated with the entire conversation. He was talking over top of me, yelling on the phone, " asked if I had n't had my coffee for the day ''. I asked for a street address, and he refused to give me the street address, but rather a XXXX XXXX because it was none of my business of the street " ASG '' was located on. I feel this " XXXX XXXX '' is a scam since he talked to me the way he did. I will not pay or hand over {$1200.00} without knowing if this was a scam. I called back nine times to speak with him after he hung up on me the third time. On the ninth call, he told me I was harassing him and he would be calling the police on me and I would go to jail. I will not hand over {$1200.00} to some person who I do n't think is legit. Someone needs to investigate them. If it is legit, I will be happy to pay my debt.

Complaint: ASG is a collection agency and they contacted me for a debt from XXXX XXXX. I had already sent XXXX a letter to cease and desist. I received this call from XXXX XXXX of the collection agency. He was asking me questions really fast but would n't let me answer. As I was asking him to not call me again at work and that I had an attorney, he said what kind? I said a bankruptcy attorney. He then started accusing me of filing falsely for bankruptcy and paying my attorney with the funds. I could n't get a work back in. He then said, thanks for saying all of this on a recorded line and hung up.

Complaint: ASG Sollutions called my husband ( first time ) and said that on Friday he is going to be served papers at work if we do not pay our balance due. I offered to make payments and tried explaining to her that I had XXXX and then was involved in a very bad accident and I can no longer work, our XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter lives with us and we are responsible for her as she can not work due to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX , XXXX , XXXX ). I tried to explain to her that my husband is the o nly one wo rking, we are behind on our other bills as well and we do not have the means to repay this debt at this time unless they would accept XXXX month ( we owe XXXX ) She refus ed and said it has to be XXXX per month for 6 months and they have to have my bank card number to automatically take it because they " do n't trust us ''. I told her if we had to pay that amount ( which we can not ) that I would not be able to buy food and she said " You should have thought about that ''. I do n't know what to do, I asked her repeatedly not to go to my husbands job or he will be fired and she said they can go anywhere they want and use any means available to get their money. She also said that once we are sued they will garnish my husbands wages for over 5,000.00 with all court costs and things included. I try to reason with her but she gets very loud and just talks over me. WE NEED HELP as they are going to my husbands job o n XXXX / XXXX /2017.
