Complaint: I sent a rescission notice to the " so called '' lender, WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE CO. effective as of XX/XX/2015 and they acknowledged it and refused to accept it and did not contest the rescission within the XXXX day time limit stated in the XXXX and so have waived all defenses in this matter. I am trying to get them to comply with FEDERAL LAW and comply with XXXX and release all encumberances on my property, return all funds paid by myself on the loan that was rescinded, and return of the promissory note. to date all I have received is stonewalling by WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE and have even received XXXX letters on the same day from different people. I have been receiving harrassing phone calls even though I have a do not call stated on my account, I finally had to block the calls on my Cell. They disguise the calls by calling from numbers listed all over the U.S.. This is also a violation of FEDERAL LAWS and will not be tolerated by me any longer.WELLS FARGO and other Banks think they are above the law when they are now finding out that they will feel the full force of JUSTICE upon them for what they have done to our economy and to the Americans they have hurt so bad! Complaint: XXXX confiscated my Federal Income Tax Return for XXXX and XXXX, with no XXXX-day notification of said action. In addition, XXXX began garnishing my wages as of XXXX XXXX, again with no XXXX day notice of said action or notification of my rights to prevent such measures, as spelled out in the Consumer Protection laws, Administrative Wage Garnishment laws and the FDCPA, etc.. In addition, I had previously mailed XXXX a debt-validation request letter and then a follow-up letter informing them that " they are attempting to collect on a Zombie Debt. '' The latter mentioned letter was entirely ignored, as they began garnishing my wages in the same month the letter was mailed. I have since sent XXXX a " cease and desist letter, '' informing them that they are violating the consumer protection laws and are unlawfully garnishing my wages, which must stop immediately and let proper procedure follow. It has now been XXXX days since they received this letter and I have received no response, and my paychecks are continually garnished, UNLAWFULLY.

Complaint: I 'm an account holder with Wells Fargo. In XXXX, I wrote out a check for {$5200.00}. After receiving the check the individual that the check was written out to was unsuccessful in cashing it and the check bounced, after which that individual acquired {$12.00} in fees. After it was brought to my attention, I was perplexed as to why the check would bounce, since I specifically inquired about my balance that same week while I was depositing my funds. After investigating the issue and spending a substantial amount of my time at the bank, I was informed that the reason why my check bounced was " inconsistencies with my signature. '' Although, I appreciate the efforts of Wells Fargo to protect their clients from fraudulent activities, I am extremely upset that Wells Fargo would not make any attempts to contact me before canceling my OWN check and causing me so much stress and time on resolving this issue. I did not receive any notification or messages informing me of the issue and the check was simply canceled and I almost ended up losing extremely valuable transaction and prior deposits that were associated with that transaction! I was also informed that I may be charged additional fees ( {$35.00} XXXX in regards to this transaction. I am perplexed on how I ca n't assign my own funds and Wells Fargo can simply just cancel a transaction because " it seemed like it was n't my signature '' and for Wells Fargo not make a reasonable attempt in contacting me. The account was opened 10 years ago and there might be minor changes in signatures for different reasons like older age. I 'm just wondering why Wells Fargo did n't bounce all of my other checks that were substantially smaller in their amount value, since I write out a lot of them every month. My signatures vary and are not identical every time. It seems that it only benefits Wells Fargo. I had to repay the {$12.00} to the individual for acquiring the fees, additionally had to pay {$10.00} for the cashiers check because I could n't use my OWN check. I do n't see the purpuse of having checks if i ca n't use them. Also, I was informed that for the issue to be resolved I had to write a letter explaining the situation, which I did. It was still not good enough and I was continuously transferred from one department to the next. Wells Fargo representative informed me that they would reimburse me, but they could n't since the receiving party was not a Wells Fargo customer. Does n't make sense to me! They are essentially admitting their fault but ca n't resolve the issue. Every time I will have to write a check for a large amount, I have to notify them?!? It is so frustrating to feel like you have done everything right on your part and you still ca n't get a resolution. I would like for the issue to be resolved and all of the fees associated with this transaction reimbursed or stopped, since I do n't feel that I should be held accountable for Wells Fargo 's inadequate assumptions about my own signature. Additionally this account is a joint account and both names on the account have the same initials, hence the confusion might of emerged from there. In any case, I would like to get refunded the {$12.00} that I had to repay, in addition address any further fees/penalties on my account.

Complaint: I contacted Wells Fargo Mortgage to discuss with them about going back to school and possibly modifying my home loan. I was informed it had to be delinquent. I was also made known it would proably take a couple of weeks. I immediately submitted to them all the documentation requested. I was asked XXXX time to submit a document after the initail submission and I did the very next day. The XXXX date of contact was XXXX. The Bank took as long as possible dragging my credit into a bad negative rating. I was told approx. 2 weeks. My XXXX payment was due XXXX XXXX 2014 for the XXXX Modification payment. I called and called and called. They did not care. They sent me {$1000.00} for the inconvience. I ask them to correct my credit because its their fault! They have said they would listen to recordings and get back to me. I have received numerous letters informing me it will take longer. If they listen to the recordings they will see I am correct! I signed a letter stating it would affect my credit, Yes but 1 month not XXXX. The represenative working with the modification said on a recorded message 2 weeks. I want my credit report as well as my brothers ( XXXX XXXX ) whom signs on the loan with me to be leagally corrected. They have ignored XXXX lied about this issue over and overXXXX XXXX XXXX

I have not missed a payment in the program ( they were all scheduled ahead of time and all have been made ) and Wells Fargo is reporting me 90 days past due to transunion, equifax and experian which is illegal according to the HAMP guidelines.

Complaint: Wellsfargo fail to honor a previous modification agreement. I requested Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to process my application for the HARP Program because I am unable to meet my current mortgage terms obligations. I am a former XXXX that was release recently from XXXX and was XXXX as a result of military XXXX in XXXX. The only income I have is from my XXXX compensation from the Veterans Administration. Wellsfargo Home Mortgage is delaying the process and claiming they never documents they need in order to complete my application. I have sent the documents in question on several occasions, still they claiming they never received the information. They are still using this delay and deception to foreclose on XXXX and Veterans I can never get anyone to return my calls an/ or address my many letters regarding a response. They are deceptive in apply their on process and procedures and phone conversation are misleading and deceptive in practice.

Consultant requested we submit on-line application. We completed, and received finalization call-back from consultant. Rate increased from 3.75 % on 15-year fixed ( verbal quote ) to 4.25 %.
