Complaint: I requested a extension with Veros Credit XX/XX/17, due to the that I was getting medical treatment from a car accident. They file the extension. I checked my credit report today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and they increased my balance by {$240.00} and drop my credit score. I 'm still receiving medical treatment and they continue to call everyday. I $ 10,000+.They been in contact with my insurance company but have n't received check yet but they know its coming. Veros credit have not right to increase my balance and file the extension as something else. I informed Veros Credit that once I finish my medical treatment I 'll made my payments.

Complaint: I purchased a vehicle onXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, a XXXX XXXX XXXX Vin XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a XXXX, Florida Buy here- Pay here dealer This vehicle was to be financed through .Veros Credit LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca. The dealer provided all the financing paperwork. This was the first time in my life I had purchased a car. I have only been in this country for a year and a half. I am from XXXX and my XXXX was not very good. The dealer just printed out the paperwork, he never advised me of any information on the financing of the vehicle. He never went over the truth in lending disclosure He never advised me of the interest rate on the loan I was just shoved all the paperwork and just sign on the signature line. I was only advised to bring the first payment to him in cash and he would then send it to the finance company. Since the purchase the vehicle has never worked and has had extensive mechanical issues. The vehicle had to be returned on two separate occasions on the date of purchase. I was provided with two different loaner vehicles during the first day of purchase. The vehicle overheated twice the first time I took delivery. Within the hour of delivery I had to return it. The engine was running hot and the motor was extremely noisy. I was provided the first loaner vehicle.The first loaner he provided had transmission issues. I was not able to go to work. After a period of several hours the dealer called me to pick up the vehicle I purchased. It was supposed to be repaired. At that point I was headed to my work and the vehicle again acted up. This time the temperature gauge was indicating the motor was getting hot and was noisy. I immediately started back to the dealer, but was unable to make it back, the car broke down within about 1.5 miles from the dealer. I had to call the dealer to pick up the car, a person working for the dealer came and drove the vehicle back, we could not exceed 15-20 miles an hour, the vehicle had to be stopped several times due to the overheating. The vehicle was blowing out white smoke ( the motor had blown a head gasket ) from the exhaust.I was told the motor need work. After reaching the dealer I was again provided another loaner, was told they would check the car out and get back to me. To this dateXX/XX/XXXX, I have called the dealer 4-5 times, each time it has been a run-around. He has gone as far as telling me that his mechanic was not working the week of XXXX. I have never been called to pick up my car. As a result of these issue I even lost my job for failure to be on time and failure to report to work. The vehicle I purchased has been at the dealer since the day I was supposed to take delivery.. I only had the vehicle for only 4 hours of use. At this point I will not be accepting or purchasing any vehicles from this dealer. The dealer has advised me I will be responsible for still paying the loan and I have no recourse. I called and notified the finance and the stated I was stuck with this car and that they were unable to do anything to help me out. They told me that if I did not make my first payment that they would repossess the car, sell it at auction and I would be responsible for the balance if any after the sale, they advised that the dealer should have gone over the financing paperwork and could not help me at all. I feel the dealer committed fraud by not advising me the details concerning the financing and interest rate or shown me the details of the financing as well as the truth in lending and interest rate. Now he is refusing to release my deposit and that I have lost all my money. The dealer has acted in bad faith, knew of the issues ofthe car and stuck me with a bad finance company, I have field complaints with the state of Florida as well. I am hoping The CFPB can help me with the finance company since the financing of the vehicle was mis-represented to me and the finance company is refusing to help.

Complaint: I owned a vehicle financed by Veros CrediXXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Ca. The vehicle was XXXX to their possession but they recorded this erroneously as a XXXX as opposed to a voluntary XXXX. Furthermore, the vehicle was auctioned for an amount up to the value of the remaining loan balance and Veros Credit ceased reporting this to the credit bureaus as such. Instead, they are reporting that I owe the an approximate amount of {$4600.00}. They have done this for over 60 days. Additionally, when I spoke with a representative prior to the auction, I was advised that any monies obtained from the auctioning of the vehicle would be applied to the account and would therefore reduce my liability by that same dollar amount. Veros Credit has been made ware that they have been reporting incorrectly. I would also like to note that I am not interested in direct contact with the company. They may only reach me through the means of the CFPB. The mailing address, nor any other applicable personal information provided is not to be reported to any consumer reporting agency, nor to be used in any attempt to collect any debts, especially due to the fact that it is a disputed issue. Give our relationship in which they engendered mistrust, Veros Credit does not have my permission to utilize any personal information in any manner, not even for their purposes. The keys to the vehicle were provided willingly to an agent appointment by Veros Credit, which is therefore an implied surrender of the vehicle. In short, that is not the only aspect of the account/reporting that is being disputed as untrue/problematic, but also the collection amount.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been paying my vehicle loan and it is too high of interest rate, it 's above % 20 I paid {$5000.00} down the balance is still increasing and higher than the actual value of the vehicle. The company makes it difficult to make payments ; in locked out of my web account and they do not have assitemce to get me logged in and every time I make a payment they charge me {$8.00}. They raised my payment by approximately {$100.00} in XX/XX/XXXXand said it was for insurance which I took car off. I have not received my tags for XX/XX/XXXX and the police told me my vehicle came up as not registered. I am not defaulted in payments however when I have trouble paying on time they call my friends and family and tell them I did n't pay on time and they are trying to get ahold of me. It 's embarrassing and they make it difficult to pay on time. They have already report led to my credit that I was late on a payment.

Complaint: They company that I am filling this complaint is called XXXX XXXX, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. They seem to be a high risk loan company with very high interest rates. When I purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX I knew my financial situation and at the time was making good money so I did n't have a vehicle at the time so I purchased this impulse but. My payment was {$420.00} a month now it 's fine up to {$480.00} a month, they are charging me insurance late fees plus a {$10.00} over the phone charge. This company will start calling since my 1st months payment on the day my payments due and will call 4 to 5 times a day. They tell me the 10 day grace period period under California law does n't apply to them and if I read the contract they said they can use any means to try and collect in the debt. I 've asked for proof of their insurance and they have refused to this day to provide me with any. My check engine light has been on since I bought the car, which it never would of passed smog with it on. They used, used catalytic converters to try and get the light off. To this, day the light is on and wo n't pass smog. They offer in their emails to help but only make a deal to get a payment. Their ruthless when they call and will call from over 20 different numbers. They 've left rude messages on my phone. " Like oh my god I almost told him it was veros credit '', not realizing she had n't hung up yet. I would also be interested in a class action against this company. Since all of this I went and bought a brand new XXXX XXXX XXXX about a month ago. I have no more intentions on paying on a vehicle that has no chance of paying smog without paying the out of pocket expense to get it legal to pass. I would appreciate any feedback or advice, or at least kept In the loop of any action taken against this company. They were so disrespectful to the point I did not want the car no more due to their disrespect and unprofessional people so I surrendered my car to them. They started harassing not just myself but my co-workers as well. I asked them to email me to have history and they refuse. i even emailed a supervisor and he forward it to someone else and put " FYI-LOL '' which they forgot to delete before emailing me so i seen it. Not professional at all! I need help before i get written up at work for their distractions. Please let me know if i can do anything.
