Complaint: I recently looked over my credit report and I noticed some inaccurate accounts reporting on my credit file. These derogatory accounts do not belong to me and I have no knowledge of these accounts. I have no understanding of how or who would have access to my credit. Now because of this, I have no chance of obtaining new credit. Please conduct re-investigation into this matter and have those derogatory accounts removed from my credit file.

Complaint: In XXXX of this year I disputed several Items on my credit reports and sometime at the earlier part of XXXX, they all came back as verified accurate reporting. I'ts been several months since then and curiosity set in. I decided to look into my legal rights as a consumer and exercise them. In the month of XXXX I requested that Transunion, XXXX and XXXX inform me of how they verified the information on my credit reports and request a re-investigation of the disputed items. They have failed to provide the necessary documentation within the proper time frame and have not removed the items in question. As of XX/XX/2019 I gave two of them a phone call before making this report, to see if the items were removed and both Transunion and XXXX stated they are still investigating my dispute. I explain to them i'ts past the 15 day time frame and under the FCRA rules and regulations this is illegal. They also claim the public record was verified accurate by the courts but I've obtained information in writing they don't give out information to the credit bureaus.

Complaint: Fraudulent accounts were opened online, in my name with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not know about these accounts until I received a debt collection letter in regards to one of these accounts. These are fraudulent accounts that I never opened! When I became aware of the fraudulent accounts, I immediately opened disputes with credit bureaus, reported to XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud department and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fraud department for investigation on XX/XX/XXXX. I also placed fraud alerts and credit freezes with all 3 credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a police report with my local police department about the fraud/identity theft. I received a collection letter for the amount of {$7800.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This prompted me to check my credit report, where I discovered two fraudulent accounts, one being with XXXX XXXX XXXX with a balance of {$990.00}, and the other with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in the amount of {$7800.00}. I have never received a card for the accounts with either company, I never received any billing statement, online or by mail, and my email address and phone number is not associated with the accounts. I did NOT apply for the accounts!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX also never contacted me to verify my identity before the accounts were fraudulently opened in my name! XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have been unhelpful in resolving this gigantic problem. They are also not accepting the fraudulent claim due to the account being in my name, even though I, personally, have never opened an account with them. I have taken all steps to prove my innocence and to get these removed from my credit report. I've placed fraud alerts, credit freezes, reported to the FTC, filed a police report, and have sent them letters and documents recommended from FTC as well as a copy of my identity theft report. They still will not accept my fraud claim and remove it from my credit report and collections.

Complaint: Over a year ago I reported to transunuion that a company I had a loan with reported a late payment incorrectly I submitted to both my bank info showing pmt. The loan was pain in full XX/XX/XXXX. Again this month they reported another late pmt XX/XX/XXXX I made 2 pmts that month so far from late. They have wrecked my credit score its dropped over 100 points Ive had credit limits lowered bc of this incident they failed to investigate after I requested by certified mail as well as the company that reported it being wreck less and careless and I want to sue both companies now XXXX XXXX and transunion. They have carelessly changed their minds 4 times over this first it was XXXX then XXXX then XXXX now XXXX again so there is no way at all transunion investigated anything I sent them certified mail.
