Complaint: I have been charged 5 overdraft fees in a month. This is excessive. I went into a branch location and spoke to a branch manager for help and he was unable to assist. I explained that I recently lost my job XX/XX/XXXX so it is taking me a little more time to get money into my account but I am able to deposit the money same day. I still get hit with fees. I have been charged {$170.00} worth of fees in less than a month. Every rep I spoke to on the phone seemed unwilling to help or empathize with my situation saying that they can not do anything I am ready to close my account at this point because I can not afford to keep paying overdraft fees especially when I have not received my first paycheck. I have also been told several different cut off times from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. It seems as though the phone reps are all on a different page. I explained to the branch manager that I will receive my first check XX/XX/XXXX. There should be a limit on how many OD fees a bank charges someone. Especially during times of financial difficulties.

Complaint: I am filing this complaint prose where I am not represented by legal counsel in filing this complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with anticipation of getting this resolved with your agency. I presently have finalized mediation with JP Morgan Chase in regards to the lease failed requirements with no consideration or compensation. I am presently in a foreclosure suit with JP Morgan Chase Bank NA as the plaintiff, as a defendant I also have a pending counter suit in the same court. In the Circuit Court of XXXX XXXX, Illinois XXXX XXXX, Chancery Division Mortgage Foreclosure/Mechanics Lien Section. Case No. XXXX CH XXXX.
Product Issue : Breach of terms of the lease with a branch bank of JP Morgan Chase, Chase also subsequently acquired an existing mortgage from another mortgagee to make Chase the lessee and the mortgagee of said property which is now currently in foreclosure due to fraudulent banking procedures of Chase Bank.

Complaint: I lost my job working as a XXXX XXXX. I found an online job that was not legitimate and was paid by a check that bounced. I explained this to my bank along with overdraft fees building up as well. Everyone seems to not care and they restricted my debit card. My tax refund is sent to this account as of XX/XX/19 from the irs. Chase bank now is holding my funds stating I will not receive them until after two business days. Along with the weekend. I am behind on every bill this has caused a Major disruption. I just want whats rightfully mine and no more problems. There has to be some laws protecting tax payers dollars.

Problem with rewards from credit card
Complaint: Hello, I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card, mostly because of its travel benefits. I am traveling to XXXX with the card and in order to obtain my visa, I just need a simply letter that says " for the duration of the trip, this person is covered by the Travel Insurance provided by the card ''.
In XX/XX/XXXX, I called Chase asking for this letter and they forwarded me to their Rewards department. The Rewards department was extremely rude and hostile and told me they could provide me no such thing.
On XX/XX/2019 I submitted a note through the Chase contact options. I explained what had happened, the fact that I had to pay {$82.00} for a different health insurance policy in XXXX because they would not provide me the letter, in addition to the {$450.00} a year I pay on this card to have benefits like travel insurance.
On XX/XX/XXXX, after back and forth, I received this email : We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and we understand your concern.
I'm an account supervisor with the Secure Message Center and will be happy to assist you with your Chase Sapphire Reserve.
Please be assured we've documented your complaint about your attempts to secure a travel letter and the additional policy. I have forwarded it to the appropriate area of Chase for further review.
Regrettably, we are not able to reimburse for the additional policy. We base this on the terms and conditions of the Ultimate Rewards program agreement.
Please be assured that I have forwarded your concerns to our Feedback Team. This team is in place to review our processes to improve the customer service experience.
While no immediate changes may be made, we always welcome and appreciate feedback from our customers as it allows us the opportunity to improve.
A multi-billion dollar company can not reimburse me {$82.00} for a flaw in their policy and guidelines. They then closed the chat so I could not follow-up or ask to work with anyone else, silencing the issue.
