Complaint: I won a case against a XXXX in XXXX. The judge ruled I notified the company in enough notice and was due a refund of the security deposit. The company sent the account to collections. I contacted the company and submitted disposition of the case. Hunter Warfield informed me that it does not matter what the court of law rules. They are in XXXX and I will be sued and taken to jail if I do n't pay. I can not understand how a debt collection agency state they have more power than the courts and they do not have to abide by the judges rule. This is a direct violation of FCA and illegal.

Complaint: I was evicted from my apartment complex due to financial hardship. My boyfriend loss his job and I was taking care of everything on a XXXX salary. I made sure I spoke to my leasing office daily to keep them abreast as to what was going on. They understood but when it came down to it they had to do what was best for the business. Now, Instead of me being charged for the unpaid rent that I owe and maybe a cleaning charge for not being able to clean properly due to the apartment getting locked. I am being charged fees that the debt collectors want me to pay so that the complex and themselves can make a profit off of a life time set back I had and we all have. I would like to be charged for the original amount that I owe so that I can clear the balance up and move on with my life.

Complaint: A leasing agent that I am attempting to use states that there is an outstanding balance showing due through XXXX for an Apartment complex. Complaint: Hunter Warfield is representing an XXXX that I visited and i was told i was DENIED the day of MOVE IN after signing the lease.I was assured the lease was not VALID. There was a computer error and they claimed I did not make enough money. I was short XXXX of the XXXX financial qualification. Years later I see this apartment community on my credit file. I was told by the credit bureau to submit the affidavit because the manager claimed the unit was rented and someone lived there under my name. I have mailed and faxed a idenity theft affidavit, A third party company named XXXX has also sent information to validate said information. I have sent my photo ID upon request and now they are using it as if they had it from the beginning.

Complaint: This is my third time reporting this company who has yet to reveal any information to me as to the detailed itemized charges. according to the fair credit reporting act this information must be disclosed to me prior to any reporting agency. I never recived any thing from this company. The federal law states that I must have been provided a detailed statement of the charges before reports are made in regards to my character. ( FCRA 606 ) I have spoke with experian in this regard. there claim was that the debt was verified. however the agency must procure procedures to assure accuracy of the information ( FCRA 607 b ). experian has failed to do this and refused to let me dispute the item saying i didnt have any new info.

I filed a written dispute by hand delivery, mail and email within 15 days required by statute. I included a phone number, email and address to contact me. XXXX XXXX failed to respond, rather sending the claim to collections. I found out today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX that Hunter Warfield placed a collections claim on me XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Hunter Warfield never provided me written notice or an opportunity to dispute the claim. Both XXXX XXXX and Hunter Warfield have failed to comply with their legal requirements, have failed to respond to my dispute of their amount and have simply gone the route of trying to ruin my otherwise perfect credit. I can provide a written copy of the notice I sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and if set for hearing I could provide additional witnesses and sworn affidavits proving XXXX XXXX fraudulent, bad faith claims against me. I attempted to call Hunter Warfield today, however they refused to talk to me. They ask if I was ready to pay them, I said no, I do n't owe the money I want to dispute the charge, then they hang up on me.

I did not receive that as I moved out of state and it ended on my credit report with fle # XXXX .... for {$360.00} filed by Hunter Warfield. I discovered this in XXXX when I was applying for credit for a new home. I contacted XXXX XXXX who agreed this was their error and they had this deleted off my credit account. Then today, I discover that in XXXX, Hunter Warfield placed it against my credit again giving it a new amount and a new case number. File XXXX .... {$390.00} I spoke to XXXX and XXXX both of whom say because they changed the file number and amount, it appears as a new claim when it 's the old XXXX. Complaint: I have been charged by property management ( XXXX ) for leaving apartment filthy however have photos and dated videos showing proof that I did n't. The management was notified and I was told that I was wrong and charges will stay, because this is how they do business and they always get paid. After 7 attempts of settling what was actually owed. I was informed debt was being turned over to collections because they always get their money. I contacted the collection agency Hunter warfeild in writing informing them the debt was not valid. They said they will investigate and notify me. This never happened and now this illegal and trumped up charge is on my credit report. Would love the chance in court to prove my innocence.
