Complaint: Hunter Warfield & original creditor XXXX XXXX continue to falsely add a debt to my credit report. I have told them several times this is not my debt. The social security number and address on their orignal documents do not match any of my personal information. The only thing that matches is my name. I told them this is not my debt and they refuse to remove. I even disputed several times with XXXX. they lied to XXXX and said they had the correct social and address which they do not. When I call to talk to them they are rude and use foul languages.

Complaint: Hunter Warfield has stated that I owe an amount of XXXX for an apartment that was leased. I have reached out to them and disputed the charge several times. This charge is on my credit report and rental history. Hunter Warfield has sent me a copy of a lease however there is not 1 signature that verifies that I signed a lease. ANYONE could have generated a lease and filled it in with numbers but there is not one initial or signature from myself or my spouse. I am requesting this charge to be removed immediately. On my previous claim with CFPB, Hunter Warfield also sent a copy of the lease with no signatures. Please verify that I signed this lease or remove it from my rental history as eviction and remove from my credit report.

The collection company is " Hunter Warfield '', based out of XXXX, Florida. http : //ww2.hunterwarfield.com. Hunter Warfield has a business relationship with XXXX, I do not. I never agreed to ANY arrangement with Hunter Warfield, I do not have a business relationship with Hunter Warfield of any sort. If XXXX chooses to outsource this debt to Hunter Warfield, that is their choice. The {$1600.00} makes future payments for me unreasonably difficult, I will not agree to ANY interest or increase in balances owed. I will pay what is owed {$4600.00}.

This is incorrect, I have NEVER opened or had any account with creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is an rental management company that I have NO knowledge of/Rented from/Applied for credit from. On XX/XX/18 I sent out the requested official documents which included court documents, medical documents, and government documentation along with my ID to Hunter, Warfeild via email supporting my claim that I was residing in a different state at the time this account was supposedly have been opened. This is my official proof that I have no knowledge of this debt. On XX/XX/18 I received confirmation that my notice of dispute has been received, However the notice dose not provide enough information. This is incorrect. I submitted OFFICIAL government documentation along with identification. I also requested to see any certified/official documentation that supports the claim to this collection account, I was unsuccessful in receiving any documentation which could help me move forward with legal action.

I was told they have no records of myself or owing money. At that time I contacted the collections agency again to figure out how they were going to rectify this unfortunate situation and removal of this account from my credit report. It was made clear to me they weren't in any hurry to correct this error. This is bad business and poor customer service!

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Hunter Warfield Collections has added a collections account to my credit of over XXXX dollars for a lease that I had at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Fl. I do not owe this amount of money as my lease was up. I started out renting from another company and in the middle of my lease it was swithched to XXXX. I paid a really big deposit that I did not get back. This debt was removed by all credit bureas in early 2016 when I disputed it. About four months later it was re-inserted by XXXX and XXXX. XXXX did not re-insert. I was was given no expalnation of how or why this could be reinserted by the same collection agency. These companies have ruined my life and I have been homeless because of this.

Complaint: I noticed a derogatory notice on a credit monitoring service. The bureau listed is Hunter Warfield ostensibly representing XXXX XXXX Apartments seeking a debt payment of {$100.00}. I did live at XXXX XXXX at one time. However, I have not received written correspondence ( mail or email ) explaining the demand for payment from either XXXX XXXX or the debt collection agency Hunter Warfield. Moreover, I have not received a phone call either. I have all mail forwarded from my previous address and my phone number has not changed. I don't believe it is a fair practice to file against someone's credit without notifying and explaining the demand for payment. I had no opportunity to dispute the payment request.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2018 my wife and I started the process of buying a house. Before we started the process, my credit score was in the high 700s but when my credit credit was run for pre-approval, it had dropped over 20 points because a collection was added to my credit report that I had no knowledge of. They claimed that they have attempted to contact me but they never had as I have never heard or received anything from them. The debt stems from a bad check my daughter wrote an apartment complex for an application fee. I was a co-applicant on the form but was not responsible for the payment as I live in Colorado and the apartment complex was in South Carolina. According to South Carolina law, they should have filed a complaint against the person that wrote the check, which was not me. I have asked for them to provide me with anything that shows that this debt is mine but they are trying to say that I am responsible regardless and that I need to file a fraud report with the police before they will release me from the debt. I gave them the information to contact my daughter, at least the last known information. I filed a disputed with the credit bureau and it has been removed for now but I know that this company will not stop and this Ill happen again. It should be illegal for someone to report something on your credit report with no proof of the debt actually being yours and no attempts to contact you. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Complaint: The XXXX XXXX sent me multiple emails after I departed from their facility none of which mentioned a debt owed. I have attempted to contact them for months when my roommate first made me aware of the balance ( no answer ). My roommate stated that it appeared on her credit. A month later I started getting harassed with multiple calls ( within minutes of each other ) everyday while at work. When I would call back I got line errors so I thought it was fraud. This company Hunter Warfield who is now reporting to my credit never sent me anything regarding this debt. I had no issues fr the XXXX while living there so Idk what this could be for. I have disputed this debt TWICE on my XXXX report since XXXX and still have not gotten a breakdown of the debt.
