This account was closed back in XX/XX/XXXX when I had to claim the {$8700.00} on my income tax as income written off and closed. My FICO score dropped for no reason. My current address should be listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been a homw owner at the address sincen XX/XX/XXXX. I havent lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. This needs to be corrected in experians credir report. XXXX and expreian not be resurfacing old debts from the dead. I have leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX with an excellent payment history.

Additionally, please provide the name, address, and telephone number of each person who personally verified this alleged account, so that I can inquire about how they " verified '' without providing any proof, bearing my signature. Complaint: On or around XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to try and repair my credit/remove any inaccuracies that may have appeared.I found several accounts/addresses that were inaccurate, Experian, XXXX had ( s ) fraud alerts that were most certainly not authorized.I sent dispute letters to Experian, XXXX, XXXX and account holders via certified mail. days later, I sent a second round of letters disputing incorrect information XX/XX/XXXX just to get a response that all my accounts have been 'Validated/Verified '' .I have a XXXX XXXX closed derogatory on XXXX ( {$260.00} ) and a collection for that same derog on XXXX., In my dispute letters, I mentioned I wanted to know their verification/validation method, never got a response from any of the three bureaus in that regard.I have a closed derogatory XXXX XXXX XXXX card from XXXX for the princely sum of {$260.00} along with XXXX charge-offs that has been " Validated '' and reporting on all three CB..I contacted the original creditors and what I got in return was evidence that they have no valid evidence I ever owed this debt, nor any valid reason this is still on my credit 8yrs,2mo later.I have a medical collection for XXXX on my credit from a agency that violated my HIPPA rights ( using stolen medical information to collect ) ..Just like a lot of people, I got scammed into signing up for student loans with the promises of job placement, better life ect.Every time I dispute these items, My balances raise or lower by the exact same amount ( 11-27 $ ) .If these numbers are legitimate, how is that possible? Interest alone dictates this to be impossible.I apparently have a student loan for XXXX $ with XXXX late payments..How is this nonsensical jibberish allowed to be posted to my consumer credit accounts? They ask the people that claim you owe them money if you owe, they of course say yes and that's the end of it? No original instuments of indebtness, No HIPPA realeases, FCRA violations 15 ways from sunday.
