Just keeps calling with the intent to harass and intimidate people. I looked up the number and found it was EGS Financial Care , Inc., also known as XXXX who has been sued multiple times for harassment by people. They even have called after XXXX at night. Again no message but looked up number and matched them.

Complaint: I have contacted all three credit bureaus multiple times XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, XXXX regarding XXXX hard Inquiries and XXXX car loans on my credit report that is caused by fraud. I have filed a police report as they have asked me and also an FTC Identity theft report. Placed credit on a fraud alert. I have provided to them all this information and copies of the documents as well multiple times. They have n't investigation as they are support to in cases of identity theft. Additionally there are collections that were paid that should be removed from the account. I am requesting this inaccurate account is removed from all three of my credit reports XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX Immediately! I would also like a letter and undated copy of my credit report once this has been completed.

Approximately a year later I noticed that it was still on my XXXX credit report so I contacted XXXX again and was told that they have had problems with XXXX doing such things and that they would inquire on that and was given a confirmation number as well. I have been monitoring it and it still has n't cleared up. Now, the Account has been turned over to a new collection agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been having trouble contacting them due to my schedule and extremely long hold times.

Complaint: NCO Financials continuously calls my cell phone and has also called the home of a relative and told my relative that they needed to speak with me and left a phone number for me to call them at. I have told this company that have no knowledge of the debt they are referring to that they are attempting to collect. The representative referred to me by a former name that I have not used nor have been known by for almost ten years. They asked me questions to confirm my identity, all of which I answered, and then they asked me if I was sure that this debt does not belong to me. I have received another phone call today from NCO but, they hung up on me when I answered. I want this company to stop calling me and my relatives. If they believe that I owe them something or am legally required to pay money that they believe is due to them, they should contact me in writing. At this point, I consider their repeated calls to me and my family as harassment. The number that they called me from today is XXXX. I do not know the numbers that they have previously called me from.
