Complaint: XXXX has wrongly sent me to collections with Credit Collection Services for a debt they say I owe in the amount of {$76.00} for equipment XXXX alleges I never returned. I have attached numerous documents showing the date and tracking number verifying that I did, in fact, return the equipment pursuant to the guidelines outlined by XXXX. XXXX continues to ignore the evidence that I returned this equipment and they continue to state they never received the equipment. In the meantime, this collection is being reported on my credit report and is harming my credit score. I have sent numerous correspondence to both XXXX and Credit Collection Services, via certified mail, along copies of the tracking numbers, to prove that the equipment was returned. I do not owe this debt, I am not responsible for any of the charges, and I should never have been sent to collections. This incorrect reporting of a collection is doing damage to my credit score and this collection needs reversed. I have contacted the ( 3 ) bureaus, as well as XXXX and Credit Collection Services to solve this matter however, I have not been successful.

Complaint: This is a follow up for our conversation XX/XX/2019 It is my understanding that XXXX XXXX XXXX, incorrectly billed XXXX for my services. Instead of billing the XXXX account the Commercial was billed. Once it was rejected the claim was sent Credit Collection Services to collect the debt. I contacted my insurance after receiving a phone all earlier this month from Credit Collection Services attempting to collect the debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I revoked the right to call and requested all correspondence be sent by mail. After explaining to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that I was contacted by Credit Collection Services they began to investigate. It was discovered that XXXX XXXX hadnt billed them for them for the service at all. She also stated that this service was covered and is included in my insurance policy. She stated they must have billed the wrong account. Together we called Collection Credit Services. We tried to explain the errors, but the agent XXXX XXXX wasnt of very much help. She tried to collect the debt several times and offered payment with reimbursement if errors were found as a remedy. During this phone call I also revoked their right to call me on my personal cell ( again ) and request any correspondence be done by mail. She attempted to confirm a phone number for contact but provided the wrong number. I informed her that the number on file was wrong and provided the correct number. I requested a manager to aid the situation. After speaking to the manager and the errors we acknowledged she apologize and stated that I didnt have to worry about the debt. My insurance then proceeded to call XXXX XXXX had them bill the correct account. I have yet to receive this acknowledgment of errors in writing confirming that my account has been taken out of collections. As a result, the actions of Credit Collection Services display willful noncompliance and several FCRA and FDCPA violations. The agent attempted to collect an unvalidated debt while my insurance company and I were trying to confirm and remedy a billing error. If I had attempted to pay the debt or made a promise to pay, I would have forfeited my right to later sue for the debt. Not once was I notified of my rights. CCS also failed to validate the debt. If CCS had current ownership or were hired to collect the debt the liability falls on CCS. I lawfully seek actual damages, statutory damages and damages under Indiana Fair debt collection, FCRA and FDCPA laws. I also have formally filed a grievance with my insurance company, a complaint to the CFPB and Indian States Attorney Office.

Complaint: This company CREDIT COLLECTION SERV which i have NO CONTRACT with is Reporting on my credit reports fraudulently. * Were you named on the original contract with the original creditor? * If not, do you have a contract between your company and me, signed by both parties? * If not, produce the document authorizing the release of my information from the original creditor to you ( Power of Attorney ), signed by me. It is against the law for a creditor to share your information to any party other than the account holder without their authorization. Giving my information to a 3rd party without my knowledge or consent is perpetrating identity theft, * Do you have first hand knowledge about everything that has transpired with the alleged account, including when the account allegedly belonged to the original creditor and any other parties prior to your acquisition? * Do you have written consent to collect information about me and to share information about me with the credit reporting agencies - in writing, signed by me? Verification is a sworn testimony so you should also be responding in that format. Validation is the documentation backing up your testimony. One without the other is hearsay and inadmissible.

Complaint: Good morning, To whom it may concern, I have been paying my debts/obligations for a year now. My goal is to purchase a home, being a first time buyer. I went thru classes /and credit counseling to prepare for it. My credit score has increased, but by few points and it had decreased a few times because of the collection agencies. The creditor is XXXX. XXXX was paid in XX/XX/2019.But to this day 3 collection agencies are threatening me and sending me correspondence to pay up, and calling me. I called and XXXX to confirm in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX that i dont owe nothing, and the have. XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX, FL. ) - stating that i owed XXXX and that i owed $ 360- $ 500..I argiued with them that i did not.I called XXXX tthey told me to look in my account history and print it. I did and sent it to XXXX and to XXXX. Still XXXX has it on my account and now a new Collection agency .. CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICE ( XXXX ) XXXX-IN in XXXX MA ) Has that i owe XXXX ... .i argued with them, they have me opened a XXXX account in XX/XX/2019 owing XXXX! They called me, threatened to take legal action and trying to collect the amount. ( XXXX ) now my credit score has gone down.i have paid my bills on time as agreed, cleared up my obligations, disputed errors .When score goes up, these collection agencies hit my credit report and it goes down.how can i stop them from hitting my report, and get back my points! this is unfair, deceptive and abusive practices. Im not giving these people a dime, and i fear the will go into my account. They tell me that XXXX AUTHORIZED the collection! XXXX say they did not! Complaint: I received alert about a debt being placed on my credit bureaus. I called the company to set up payment arrangement. They told me 3 letters went out since XX/XX/2019. I never receive no letters from this company sbout this debt. I asked to remove this debt from the credit files they refused. I told them i can pay the balance XX/XX/2019. I gave them my credit card #. After our conversation i called back XX/XX/2019 to get the account # the clerk gave me the account # and told me that XX/XX/2019 is when the funds to be draw out of my account. After they got my debit card # they changed the date to draw the funds. But thats not the arrangement they made with me.

I've since contacted the original creditor ( XXXX XXXX, to verify this debt as required, requesting the following : Proof of my agreement to pay the original creditor A copy of the final account statement issued by the original creditor A breakdown of the total amount due, showing principal, interest, and other charges ; and for all other charges, the date of and the basis for each charge. I have not received any of this information, in turn, I disputed this charge because I do not recognize this debt and I do not owe any money to this creditor. Furthermore, this debt was sold to a collections agency without my knowledge of this debt. I monitor my report monthly and I have been a responsible consumer and this is an unfamiliar debt. If it were indeed valid it would have been paid. I am requesting that this debt be removed from my report.

I received a bill from them back in XX/XX/XXXX saying I owned money and then I contacted them saying this account isn't mine . I file a police report and sent it to XXXX XXXX and also the insurance commission office in XXXX NC . XXXX stated that this account is fraud and they will no longer contacted me . My ex Daughter in-law ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) has stolen my identity with her new boyfriend XXXX XXXX XXXX and purchased several cars and credit cards in my name . I'm XXXX years old and clearly this is wrong to place a fraud account on my credit report and send it to Credit Collection Services to collect money on a fraud account . My banker at XXXX XXXX just told me that I can't go to my loan closing on my new house due to this fraud account . Please remove ASAP or ill file suit against Credit Collection Services .

Complaint: I have been diligently working towards improving my credit score in preparation to purchase a home, periodically I check with XXXX XXXX to see how it's coming along, last month, XXXX, my score had dropped by 23 points due to a debt in CCS from " XXXX XXXX '' auto insurance, XXXX, I do not owe this mainly due to the fact Auto insurance does not extend credit, you pay you are covered, you are cancelled if your payment is not made, over and above this factual dispute, XXXX. is trying to charge me for the " free quote '' as their slogan states, after requesting a quote I did not purchase a policy. To my surprise the following month my bill which is normally XXXX jumped to XXXX, I spoke with a XXXX. representative who offered only one choice to amend which was that I pay the entire amount then they would credit my account, under the circumstances I found this absurd. I had the new vehicle already insured with XXXX, I could not afford to pay for a " quote ''. I still have not received an official bill from CCS, I only saw this on my credit report score. I chose to take my business elsewhere, my right as a consumer. XXXX turned in a " debt '' of {$350.00}, when I did not renew with them, the 6 month policy was paid in FULL, again auto insurance does not extend credit, honestly, Where do these people get off? In finish, I have requested validation of these two " debts '', costing me energy and time for something I do not owe. My biggest concern is that CCS can turn this in without validation to begin with, I shouldn't have to provide validation AFTER CCS turned these in as unpaid debts and DESTROYED my credit rating.

The other bureau 's removed the incorrect information, but XXXX refused to have this collection removed. I believe they are discriminating, I constantly monitor my credit and know what is happening all the time.
