Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, Calvary Portfolio Services falsified information regarding the date a XXXX XXXX was allegedly opened by me while the only XXXX XXXX i had was opened in XX/XX/XXXX and the last activity in that account was around XX/XX/XXXX. Calvary Portfolio RE-AGE the account and reported that the said account was opened on XX/XX/XXXX which is false. The alleged amount that Calvary Portfolio is seeking for which they are claiming i am owing is {$2500.00}. I did not open any Credit Card on XX/XX/XXXX. I have disputed this report with the credited agencies and want this false collection removed from my credit report immediately.
According to FCRA Section 605 ( c ), it is against the law for any collection agency to re-age an account by reporting another date which is not the date of the last delinquency. Texas Debt Collection Act prohibits any collection agency from providing FALSE information and this is a violation of The Deceptive Trade Practice Act.

Complaint: I received a copy of my credit report. In detailed it listed a collection account that I have never opened, signed, or agreed to this account. I have sent in numerous letters to credit bureaus asking that this collection be removed unless validated. In return I am sent a copy of a billing statement, that does not have any information except my name and address at the bottom of the page. This document has no signature and/or account number showing proof that I opened this account.

Complaint: Cavalry Portfolio Services is reporting a very old debt ( probably XXXX yrs old ) on my credit report as a collections item claiming it originated in XXXX. This is FALSE. XXXX was the year that XXXX XXXX XXXX bought the debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, but this was not the original date of the debt, which was from XXXX in or around XXXX.
This account also shows as OPEN and since XXXX no longer exists, it is definitely closed. I also received an attempt to collect on the debt in the form of a bill from them, and it confirms that the debt is too old to be sued for it. I have not opened ANY credit card accounts with a $ XXXX balance in at LEAST XXXX YEARS.
This item and the recent " COLLECTIONS '' status needs to be removed from my credit report. It is the only derogatory I have and messing me up to refinance my house. AND THEY JUST REPORTED IT AGAIN ON XXXX, XXXX!!! ARRRGH.

Complaint: XXXX and these company have admitted that my credit file has been breached. They are distressed with me since they knew my file was breached over three years ago. With the help of these thieving collection companies, my personal information is being used all over Georgia with impunity. I have been targeted by criminals about 4 years ago, or so. They are mendacious in saying this breach started in XXXX XXXX.
In fact, this is a bold face lie. Earlier this year someone got a XXXX card in my name, they did an address change first, then got the card. These collection companies know very well these are no my accounts ; however, these collection companies are seeing blood in the water, they are focused like the sharks they are. We must close these collection companies that unabashed in ruining Veterans and XXXX XXXX Family Members credit reputations.
They are still with this trickery and foolery. I need to know what could be done to these companies criminally. Those accounts are either, fraudulent, my daughter, or my son. However, it didnt matter to them because it is vengeance, and revenge against me for filing a complaint, and letting other consumers know. This is unacceptable and unenforceable, and this is an unscrupulous bid by these companies to inject itself from legitimate deed against them.
They are more disturbed at me, and worried about saving their brand, and not helping the consumer. My Social Security number, birth date, address, driver 's license information is in the hands of criminals supplies by these collection companies and XXXX. This is precisely the category of data criminals can use to mimic victims to banks, credit card companies, insurance companies, and other businesses defenseless to deception. Lock-up these managers at the collection companies, and XXXX.
These are smooth and courageous criminals. This situation emerged since my personal data is cherished to thieves, and XXXX and these collection companies are in the business of making money legally, or illegally. These companies are much more than a credit reporting agency. It is a data broker, and thieves living like XXXX XXXX. It collects information from all of us, analyzes it all, and then sell them.
They retaliated against me for filing a complaint with C.F.P.B. This retribution came instant within hours after I filed. As a Veteran who fought for this country, and a XXXX XXXX Family Member. They dont care who they XXXX over to save their brand and they thieving ways. These are authentic and true words.
Basically, this quote is stating what I am complaining about, that these companies dont care. I learned this the hard way after these companies caused me to lose my V. A. loan, they are creating havoc in my life. They are strongly aware that nothing will happen to them since they believe they are too big to fail. I am forwarding this complaint to XXXX XXXX, and seeking her help to stop criminalizing this Veteran, and this XXXX XXXX Family member.
I am filing this again because they admonished, and castigated me for filing an earlier complaint. XXXX and these companies are mafias and gutless wonders! Why would they put these negative accounts on my credit file that doesnt belong to me, except mere retribution? I faxed my credit report, two police reports, and F.T.C. fraud affidavit to XXXX XXXX for protection.
They are too stubborn and too XXXX to satisfy the consumer, and they are too concerned about XXXX, and these companies brand at the expense of a Veteran, who is a XXXX XXXX Family Member too. This is very sad, and they must punish.

Complaint: I contacted Cavalry Portfolio Services on or around XXXX/XXXX/XXXX requesting validation of debt. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received the attached documentation which is nothing more than a statement that fails to establish that is valid and mine specifically, that the debt was transferred to Cavalry Portfolio Services, fails to document complete account history, and also fails to provide the original agreement of the account. Therefore, this account should not be considered valid.
