Complaint: I currently disputed the following car loan : Bridgecrest. I have already brought this to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX attention. I have disputed the account multiple times for incorrect information from the monthly payment, to the terms, and also the original balance. I gave them a chance to fix it. It has been more than 30 days. They updated the item still with the incorrect information. I have sent the bureau a copy of my email coming straight for Bridge crest them self telling me my monthly payment. I also sent XXXX my monthly statement where it shows Bridgecrest taking their monthly payment from my account. XXXX has update my information and now it has the wrong date which I opened the account, and it shows no monthly payment and no terms.

Complaint: the loan company repossessed the vehicle told me the payment that was being made that it was supposed to bring my account current. I am now being told that it did not that it was still 37 days past due for 2 full payments past due. They refuse to actually call me they put notes in claiming they have called me and then they never do. Not 1 representative has the same story about the past due amount I have one representative claim what I paid was paying the repossession fee only the next claims there was an error made in the payment that they didn't process it right. On my account it shows that after they took the payment from me that I authorized they attempted to put a payment through that I didn't authorize them to attempt on my account. At this time their claiming that I am 37 days past due and that the loan modification expired that they were supposed to have approved moving 2 payments to the end of my loan. Their claiming that the 37 days past due is a total of 2 payments which is impossible if it was 2 payments worth it would be 60 + days past due not 37 days past due. I have read numerous complaints from other people who have had similar experiences with them. When they had the car repossessed they couldn't provide me with paperwork when they filled out the initial loan paperwork they screwed it up putting myself as the co-signer and my co-signer as the main signer on the loan when asked to fix it they said they can't do it because they would have to refinance it and they don't refinance loans.

Since then, they have been texting me about this loan, nonstop. XX/XX/XXXX was the start of the exchange. Each time, the car loan was current with a scheduled payment already in place from a verified bank account with available funds. See below for the transcript. Complaint: My car was totaled and bridgecrest was notified on XXXX XXXX. The person who was at fault had their insurance call bridgecrest and say that I was delaying settlement so bridgecrest came and picked up the car on XXXX XXXX so the insurance could get the car. The insurance company lied but bridgecrest did not call me to verify. On the day bridgecrest picked up the car I called and was informed that my gap insurance would cover what the insurance did not so there would not be a balance left over. I waited for an update and I called XX/XX/2018 and spoke with XXXX after they had reported they would remove the line of credit and I advised that I did not agree to that as my gap insurance would pay the car off so I advised they needed to properly update the account as paid in full. XXXX said that the at fault insurance company still had not paid or picked up the car. I advised why not it had been 3 weeks and I asked why no one had contacted the at fault insurance company and I could not get a straight answer. So I called back on the XXXX and spoke with XXXX a supervisor and the at fault insurance company finally came and got the car but still had not paid their portion. XXXX then proceeded to advise me that the deletion of my credit report would not be changed and that bridgecrest had cancelled my gap insurance. She said that they were following procedure and I advised that only when it benefits bridgecrest do they follow procedure and I asked why when I called when the car was repossed and they know it had been totaled out did they not inform me of this and she could not answer that. Later that day again I received 2 calls with 2 voicemails from bridgecrest. Bridgecrest states that they do not have an updated address but I recently came home to a notice for a letter from them that required a signature but due to daytime delivery I was not home and there were no instructions on how to retrieve what was sent. Bridgecrest picks and chooses when to follow their policies only when it is in their favor and once again have violated the calling procedures for collection attempts again for the third time. I also can not even access the account to retrieve any information.

Complaint: I purchased a car through XXXX, financed through XXXX ( now " XXXX '' ) in XX/XX/2017. I began making payments through the online banking feature at my bank. XXXX/XXXX has repeatedly " lost '' my payments, sometimes finding them days or weeks later and crediting them, late, after charging extra fees and interest. Often, when I call, I am immediately told that my account is " past due '' but there is no record that I have called multiple times about the same issues. This complaint concerns two specific payments, both made on XX/XX/XXXX. These payments, like others, have been " lost. '' I have contacted XXXX on multiple occasions, even sending them proof of payment, asking that the amounts be credited to my account. Their response is to keep charging me late fees. Now they are saying they got the proof of payment, issued by my bank and sent by me, but they want a copy of the actual check. I called my bank, and what they can provide me is the proof of payment I already sent XXXX. It includes the date, check #, expected delivery date, etc. This proof of payment should be accepted by any legitimate company.

Complaint: I contacted the company on or about XX/XX/XXXX regarding a payment I submitted that returned from the bank. I attempted to set a payment arrangement on my account to maintain the positive history that we've had for the past 3-years. I was refused the opportunity to set an arrangement because I'm not far enough delinquent. I spoke with the company today, XX/XX/XXXX, regarding the same matter and received the same response. I have been receiving several phone calls per day regarding the past due balance and they refuse to notate my account, stop the phone calls, and honor any sort of commitment that I'm trying to make to pay the past due balance at a future date. This is harassment and poor service. I have been an exemplary customer for years and I'm just trying to communicate with the lender regarding the past due balance ; much more than most people try to do.

When I got established in the new job I set up a payment arrangement to pay every Friday ( pay day ) until I was caught up and I was keeping the arrangements. Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX/Bridgecrest always made my payments, I was not perfect but made sure the payments were made. I had the car 10 months and, paid every month tell XX/XX/XXXX the car was totaled XX/XX/XXXX it was signed over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, it is at a auction house I no longer own or, have had the car since XX/XX/XXXX. I still was nice and, made payments for a month and, a hafe after I signed it over to the insuance company. I also have Gap, and full drivecare gps warrantys on the car that I paid an extra XXXX for. Bridgecrest/XXXX got the insurance check for XXXX and, is still trying to bill me XXXX for a car I no longer own or have. with them getting refunded all the warrantys and, gap plus gps that I did not get to use for the five year contract this car should be paid off. This is effecting me as, they think they can double dip get me to pay for something I do not own or even have. I bought gap in case something like this happened. This is not right or fair. I am stuck without and, have XXXX XXXX XXXX bills due to a XXXX injury, and I have to pay that out of pocket, but I had every warranty known to man on that car through XXXX, and they want to bill me XXXX.

Complaint: My vechile was totaled out by the at fault driver 's insurance company. My loan company was aware that the vechile was totaled out. My loan company has not or did not contact me at all since XX/XX/XXXX. I was in dispute with the insurance company so the insurance company contacted my loan company and lied stating that they the insurance company could not get in contact with me. I have attached screenshot showing communication after the date of when the loan company states they sent 10 day letter to the wrong address. So my loan company took the insurance companys side and put the unit out for reposession without any foundation. When I found the car repossessed I called the loan company and was not able to speak to the total loss department about the issue and also found out that the address that they sent the 10 day letter was the incorrect address. I have updated my address 3 months after I got the loan. My issue is that the loan company has never called me to inform me that the insurance company had contacted them and I know they have the correct number because I've had to open previous cases against this company due to numerous calls in one day several days in a row they have made. I was also informed that this is going to show as a reposession on my credit and it should not as it was a total loss and the company was aware of this.

Complaint: I pulled a copy of my credit report from all three credit reporting agencies and was scrubbing for inaccuracies when I notice that the balance Bridgecrest have been reporting was not correct. I called the company to inquire about my account balance and the method which they used to distribute the principal and interest and was told that everything looks good on their end and that my loan is a simple interest loan which incurs daily interest. I asked if they have hidden fees and was told No they do not. Dissatisfied with the answers I got, I asked for an updated statement of my account activities which Bridgecrest sent me two days later. I carefully went over the document and noticed a trend in the distribution of principal and interest. Instead of gradually declining ( Interest Payment ) and increasing ( Principal Payment ) the numbers keep jumping back and forth, which is highly unlike the result of simple interest equation. I got with my financial adviser to look over the statement, Contract and my account and upon revision came to the same conclusion that the numbers are not adding up. I called Bridgecrest after my talk with him and got connected to the Military department where I spoke with a lady who gave me the same spill about my interest is calculated on a daily basic and nothing is out of the ordinary. I then realize that I would not resolve this without a third party. Also, I noticed that my first Bi-weekly payment all went to interest. In addition, I also compared the balances from statement with all three of credit report and notice that they did not match.
