Complaint: I have been working with Bayview for months now on trying to retrieve a loan modification. When i would call in to check the status of the loan modification, i would receive a response back from XXXX XXXX that they were having issues with the Underwriter reviewing my information. He would advise that although all documents that were requested had been received, that the Underwriter was not reviewing them. He also advised that there had been some system changes which could cause the delay. This went on since XXXX of 2018. On XX/XX/XXXX of 2018, i received a denial letter stating that my account had been denied because i have too much equity in my property. I dont understand how they would allow me to come this far, when my property had equity when i first started the review process with them. I dont find it fair that i dont get the opportunity to save my home because of the equity. I dont have the funds to bring the account current while in foreclosure. I am not requesting any payment reductions, i am simply asking they put what i am behind to the back of the loan so i can begin resuming payments. Please help, i dont want to lose my home.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX was debiting my checking account monthly for my mortgage payments. The servicer changed to XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2018.Bayview didn't forward the several months of mortgage payments they had in their possessions to the new servicer XXXX XXXX . I spoke with Bayview several times to request payments be forwarded to XXXX. I have been unsuccessful getting this matter resolved their negligence has caused me to be delinquent on my mortgage and at risk of losing my home. Please assist me with this urgent matter. Thank You

Complaint: The lawyer 's charges were adding up, then, I decided to settle with Bayview. I spoke to XXXX XXXX my point of contact in Bayview on XX/XX/2018 regarding the payoff amount. He told me that I needed to pay {$24000.00} including all the late charges to bring my account current. However, on XX/XX/2018, I sent a cashier 's check by XXXX for {$24000.00} to Bayview which was the payoff amount to bring my account current. Bayview received and cashed the cashier 's check but still continued to send me threatening messages that the will foreclose my house if payment is not received. As a matter of fact, I overpaid Bayview and they need to refund me, they charge me for Escrow ( tax and insurance ). Bayview has no justification in charging me for Escrow. I always pay tax and insurance on my house direct by myself and I have fully paid the tax and insurance for this year. I have also an unapplied fund of {$1400.00} on my account which Bayview refuses to refund back to me. My regular mortgage payment is XXXX per month, now XXXX has increased my payment to {$2200.00} without any justification. Moreover, I paid the payoff charge of {$24.00}, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXXy and in XX/XX/XXXX, I paid another {$2200.00} which is my regular monthly payment. As of today, my account should have been current but Bayview sent me a billing statement showing an outstanding balance of {$5900.00}. At this point, it shows that they are trying to frustrate me. I have contacted my lawyer and I am going to take them to court. See Attached
